This may be a repeat
This may be a repeat. I’m not sure if the first one actually was sent. In any case, Robert was great. Knowledgeable, quick and responsive, professional. I can tell he really likes dogs and understands different breeds and their traits. I look forward to our follow up.

Manageable
Robert gave us three new things to dry with our dog to help get his training back on track. They are very manageable and I think the dog will do well with them. He has asked to get back I contact in 3 days to see if it’s helped. This is great knowing that I can go back to him with issues or progress that’s been made

I hate the 'phone' format of the videos. I watch on my laptop and it would be way better if the videos were formatted to fit better to the screen shape.

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your review. We're sorry to hear that the video format has made the experience less comfortable when watching on your laptop. We understand how important it is for the training content to be easy to view and follow, and your comments about the screen format are very helpful for our team as we continue improving the learning experience across different devices. We would appreciate any additional information about this, such as where exactly you encounter this format, or any other feedback about how videos should be fitted. You can easily reach us through any of the following ways: 1. Email us directly at [email protected] 2. Submit a request via our contact form: https://www.paw-champ.com/contact 3.
