Watch out for the "Free Trial" trap
Watch out for the "Free Trial" trap. I had a 6-month trial that renewed today. I reached out immediately to cancel, but support put me through a 7-email marathon. They tried to claim the charge was non-refundable and forced me toward a "Money-Back Guarantee" that requires a 7-day usage streak. The Truth: Their own Terms of Use state you can cancel "at any time." I had to literally copy-paste their own legal text back to them to prove I was cancelling the renewal on the last day of the trial, not asking for a satisfaction refund. Only then did they give a refund. Wasted my day. Shady tactics, zero renewal reminders, and a support team trained to gatekeep your money. Stay firm and cite the terms! Or set reminders for trials!

Beware - rip off
The videos were short and quite useful. However, I signed up for 4 weeks and paid my money. I then noticed a charge for twice that amount and discovered I had been signed up to a subscription. Customer service was very frustrating - I suspect bots rather than humans - but eventually the additional payment was refunded. The videos are useful but be careful what you sign up for, it’s not clear on the sign up or on the website.
