I got a reply the very next day and was offered options which suited me. I was pleasantly surprised as I've had a lot of problems from other companies when I've had to cancel subscriptions. I would recommend.

My trainer was very supportive
My trainer was very supportive. Reassured me that I was making good progress in the short time of having my puppy. Easy to follow suggestions. Offered availability so I could speak to the same person each chat.

Positive Advice on resolving biting/nipping
Outside of the app, I've also done additional research. My findings of methods to stop biting seemed cruel so I used the chat feature of the app. Philip asked all the right questions and gave advice on how to have a positive, non harmful approach to resolving our biting/nipping issue. That meant a lot to me.

Unfair auto-pay subscription
never, never, never sign up. It's a lasting subscription that's extremely difficult to cancel and get refunded. Unfair business practices relying on auto pays.
