I posted a review that one of their items did not come as advertised on their website. They did not post it and customer service was unhelpful. Seems like they only post good reviews.

Have been a customer for over 18 years. Cured my acne - I was about to start Accutane for the 3rd time when I began using Paula’s Choice products. Needless to say, I didn’t need a 3rd round! Now my teenage daughter uses the products too. Great customer service - I recently ordered items and the parcel was marked as delivered, however, it never arrived. When I contacted Paula’s Choice, I was issued the choice of a replacement or a refund. I also love that it’s all based on evidence and research, so I know each product will do what it says it will do. My daughter and I will be using Paula’s Choice for many years to come!

Bri went above and beyond to take care of my issue. Thanks to her customer service skills I will definitely be making future purchases again from Paul's Choice.

I have been a loyal customer of Paula's Choice products for many years. The products themselves are fantastic. The online store is easy to navigate. Packing and shipping are also fabulous. I have only positives for such a great skincare company that truly does care, is honest and has great customer service.

I have tried tons of different drug store brands and high end brands in the past and PC is the only one that has ever worked for me. I suffered from acne due to hormonal changes because of birth control switches, pregnancy, postpartum, and everything else. I had different types of acne, and combo skin. It was hard to manage. PC has always helped my acne and fast- not to mention noticeable differences in my skin! My skin is beautiful and scars from acne have faded almost completely. It's a game changer. Huge difference in my skin. High quality products, quick and friendly customer service. More than satisfied with them. I will say it is on the pricey side, but for me, it's worth it. And the products go a long way. Investment in my skin and future skin. I've been using PC for a few years now and will continue for as long as they continue selling.

Great customer service

Their products are great. I noticed improvements after using the bha exfoliant right away. During my second time ordering with them I had an issue with a product and they dealt with it immediately. Great customer experience.
