Nice watch! Very shiny and interesting band. A bit heavy on the wrist but I grabbed the leather strap as well. Easy to swap out the bands with the quick release pins included. I dig that a lot. Watch gets looks too. From a distance it looks like an AP on steroids! Great watch for everyday use and good, fair price. Wish I would of got the automatic version, but I still dig this watch. Enjoy

Delivery did not take long. Took me a while to decide if I should get a watch from Paul Rich. When it was received, I knew I made the right Decision. Beautiful solid watch with great finishing. I still get compliments on it. Already thinking of getting my second watch from the new collection.

Great Automatic watch, and man does the Star Dust face look wonderful. This is a very nice watch priced at $499.99. I would love to give this a 5 star review, but sadly I have noticed a flaw with the plating between the links. Between Every single link the raw metal is exposed, meaning the plating was not done properly. This may or may not cause corrosion between the links eventually, and is a simple lack of quality. I have seen other cases of customers experiencing this exact issue on gold plated watches where the gold plating will flake off between the links due to poor electroplating. Being that this is the highest price watch Paul rich offers, I am a little disappointed.

I ordered on 29/1/2020 and they said it will take 10 business days, but the status on shipment is doesn't change from 31/1/2020. I send several mails with no replays. I recommend to not buying from paul rich, bad customer service and we will receive nothing. just wast mony . I will update if something change ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would like to thank Paul rich for delivering the watch, It was an issue with shipping company, they didn't update the status suddenly they delivered it. about *HELLO* message to customer service because they didn't replay to my massages and I was feeling I get robbed. but I it was bad thinking. I have orderd a stardust on black friday. I don’t received the watch yet but i spoke with Hubert and he told me that they have a little problem with customs at the moment and thats why the watch Is not send yet. But after a talk and great service i believe that the watch is shipped next week. When i recieved the watch, i send another review. For now 4 stars

I just want to be clear, if I was writing this review solely on the watch it would be 5 stars, everything about the star dust watch i purchased is legit from top to bottom. But in order to give a perfect rating everything would have had to go perfect, which it didn’t... I was notified that my watch was shipped but it was an error, they had actually ran out of stock and my watch had to go on the pre-order list, I was very upset and expressed my frustration with the company. The customer service was very responsive and transparent about everything, they admitted fault and reasonably compensated for their mistake. All in all, S**t happens but they made it right, I highly recommend this company, and if I see something else I like, I will be returning!! Thanks,

Amazing watch! I really love it and the delivery was very fast! I will for sure buy another one soon.
