I got my order a little bit later than stated on the website. There was an issue with the watch's band. The customer service dealt with my complainted amazingly! I got 10% refund and replacement. On top of that, they are extremely nice and make sure you as a customer are 100% content with product you purchased. Also they keep you updated about the whole process. I could have not asked for more.The watch I ordered is really beautiful, both golden and blueish tones complement each other very well. It is super light weight, making it very comfortable to wear.
