I got an frosted watch from PR as a present from my girlfriend! the watch looked amazing. Really shiny and easy to keep in an amazing shiny state. Amazing box and more! Saddly the watchhands fell off after awhile. Eventhiugh that happened Paul Rich responded within a few hours with many solutions! They were very friendly and together we got an solution! So far still really happy with Paul Rich and looking forward to buy my next watch from them to add to my collection!

Ich hab die Uhr bestellt nach 4 Wochen Kamm es endlich an aber die Uhr sieht sehr top aus und stand auf Webseite dass etwas länger dauert aber so lang hab ich nicht gerechnet normal die Lieferzeit steht auf Webseite bis zur 7 Werktagen naja die Uhr ist da sieht gut aus

I’m not here to bad mouth this company's reputation because they have really nice watches and I like how affordable they are, but I ordered a gold leather watch from the stardust collection on their website that was defective. When I received the watch the wind wouldn’t work to set the time so I contacted customer service via email in which they responded fairly quick. They told me to send in a short video to show them what’s wrong with the watch in which I did and they sent me a return label to send the watch back and get a replacement. I sent the watch back and contacted them via email with proof of the tracking information and delivery of the watch to their return station.It’s been two weeks as I’m currently typing this and I’ve heard nothing from them. I tried contacting their support again via email and nothing. I tried calling their customer service number when they were supposedly open at 8:30 am CEST, and anytime I would call it would always say their are no agents at this time. Like I said I’m not here to bad mouth or bash their company because I really like their collection of watches, but I just wish they had better customer service that’s available to help customers concerns and for them to get in contact with me so I can get my replacement watch. UPDATE: As of March 17th 2023 I’ve received my replacement watch after being in contact with Paul Rich customer service. They were punctual with their replies and very courteous with adding a leather strap band in addition to the replacement watch I’ve received. Shipment was very fast, I received my watch the next business day and like I previously stated this company has amazing watches for reasonable prices. I’ve nothing bad to say about them, but just letting buyers know who are thinking about purchasing a watch or watches from Paul Rich that they have resolved my issue and that they really do have a nice assortment of quality watches with also a warranty in place if should anything happen.

Montre nickel rien à dire , l’emballage est à revoir j’ai cru que j’attendais un colis AliExpress mais bon passons. J’ai demandé un petit mot pour souhaite joyeux anniversaire… ayant l’habitude d’acheter dans de grande enseigne le mot est normalement à la hauteur du prix … pour le coup je suis dégoûter bref pour le prix que j’ai acheter le service est bof !

The watch is very nice. There was some problem with the delivery due to italian customs, but they sent me another watch. Now I've recived the watch that was blocked in customs and paul rich gave me that for free.

Their watches look amazing but at the start their customer service was abit bad, so if u need anything do look for George.

i really love the watch but it took too long to get it to norway. the watch is very expensive. i found a similar watch that looks almost the same for cheaper in alibaba so i paid for that too in order to see if there was any differences between original watch or a fake one to see if i wasted my money or not. i got the fake watch today and it looks almost real but it does not shine as much as the original paul rich watch. so paul rich watch is worth the money. the fake watch from alibaba looks horrible but it does look very similar. so i prefer the real paul rich watch! had to pay taxes too so be aware of that.
