Hello Gabriele, First of all thank you for the review. Even if it has really low grade after all about our company and services you have wrote only positives :). I'm really glad to hear that you liked your watches, As for the experienced issues. I'm really sorry that it was so delayed but I hope you understand that we really have no possibility to force carrier deliver it faster. I'd like also to point that after too many of our customers have experienced similar long delays, we have decided to improve our service and have completely removed 15 business days sgipping to Europe and offered instead an express delivery completely for free. As for the customs fee, I understand that it might be frustrating but just to clarify - it wasn't us who charged you that amount, only your local government. Hello Isabelle I'm sincerely sorry for the condition of the received package. It rarely happens when carrier behave cereless. We always try to deliver our packages in best possible condition. While we understand that this might be frustrating (therefore our offer with a discount for another order) we are not able to prevent such situations for 100%.
