This company really knows what is a fast shipping and quality product
My very first impression within this company of buying frosted star dust watch and having it in my home, is really good! Very nicely packed watch came to Lithuania only within 1.5 week, extremely fast, and a watch itself is not only looking pretty well designed and quality made with shining gold color, but also a movement makes an impression too, with everything made very precisely and for long-lasting.So definately I can say I am very satisfied!

Watch replacement
Hello All, I had a small issue with my forested dust watch strap. Contacted the support team, sent proof pictures, immediately got a new watch sent by express delivery! I was extremely impressed with the efficiency. Special Thanks to Ralph from the customers service team.

Unbelievable watch! It’s so colourful, the light hits it perfectly no matter which way you look at it! Very well priced for the quality of the product. The customer service is second to none, Madelaine was brilliant from start to finish, any questions I had were answered very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. It took roughly 2 weeks to get here so no trouble with the delivery times overall a fantastic experience and product.

Best quality watch
Purchase 5-6 pair of watch for my husband, each for a special occasion like birthday Christmas anniversary etc. We love the quality and style and has never have a issues to contact customer service. I will be purchasing another for the Christmas holidays.
