The Paul Rich brand is my latest discovery. I really liked the design and style of the brand that it shows on its social media. I finally decided to take a chance and to order and I'm glad to say that I don't regret it. Great quality, great details. Friends often ask where I got my watch. I was afraid of the delivery but it came through very quickly and the customer service was more than helpful when I had any doubts. I bought the Frosted Star Dust Gold model which is a great addition to my collection. I'm super happy!

great brand! I bought the frosted strar dust silver model and I am delighted with the details. Apart from that they have a super fast delivery with no reported problems. Definitely planning another purchase. Affordable offers and very good mechanisms which are comparable to the more expensive watch brands.

Insgesamt wurden im laufe der Zeit 3x Uhren bestellt (Warenwert zusammen ca. 700€-800€). Ich bin von dieser Marke überzeugt. Die Produkte lassen sich super tragen und sehen gut aus. Das Verhältnis von den Bildern zur Realität ist quasi 1:1. Somit sehr positiv. Ich habe die Uhr über einen Onlineshop mit Sitz in Berlin gekauft, da mir der Versand mit Zoll etc., sowie eine mögliche Retoure über die USA zu lange dauern würde. Dementsprechend wurde ein anderer Verkaufskanal an Stelle der offiziellen Website gewählt. Ich habe ein Punkt, der mich stört: Bei einer 'Frosted-StarDust-Black'-Variante ist der 'Frosted'-look am Armband leicht an bestimmten Stellen durch normale Nutzung schon 'abgenutzt'. Abgesehen davon bin ich mit der Marke sehr zufrieden und ich hoffe auf weitere Produkte

My Son gave me A Paul Rich watch for Christmas. The Watch is awesome. The casing and tools that came with it pretty cool. My wife also got the PR watch. She loves it. Dont listen to all the negatism. Get one, you wont regret the quality.

May I just say this is been the best experience with customer service especially for it being around the holidays. I have made the mistake of ordering the wrong watch and the customer service team worked diligently with me to ensure I had exactly what I wanted this will forever be the first and only place I will be buying my watches for myself, my family and my friends! The quality to price is truly unmatched! Also George was very responsive and worked with me for options and made sure it was 100% what I wanted Thank you!!
