I had thee best experience with Paul Rich I don’t even want to lie. When I ordered my watch it was supposed to arrive within 5days of which it did but it got held at Customs here in South Africa due to a small mistake made by the company. I contacted them and explained the whole story and i also sent accompanying documents to support my story, they did not hesitate, the guy who was helping me was Kevin, i am so grateful for his help, he made sure to keep me updated with everything he was literally speeding up the whole process for me, my issue was solved within 48hrs. Now i have my watch with me, it got released by customs, i got my Refund to pay for Penalties, i’m a happy client l. Paul Rich should expect another purchase from me because i’m really satisfied with their service .😍😍😍
