Patriot Gold has been great at helping me with everything I needed. But Equity Trust has been a disappointment.

Great organization that worked with my Stock based 401k - moved to a Gold/Silver backed 401k. Great communicator and walk through the process.

My experience with Patriot Gold Group (on 4/26) was a pleasant surprise. To have an organization care about its clients, to the level of making direct contact was refreshing. The likelihood of me responding to a paper survey, or giving meaningful feedback on a digital survey is slim. But to actually speak to a real person, where I could articulate my interactions with their organization was extremely nice.
