I had no experience or hard knowledge in dealing with precious metals. I only knew that I wanted to get away from the stock market and this was a viable solution with physical assets. Once I made the initial inquiry, Ron Tippett led me through the entire process in layman’s terms, made me feel comfortable, and was available anytime with any questions. Once the 401k transfer process was completed I was set up with Frank for purchasing my assets. This was where I was really inept. He could not tell me what to buy but guided me the best he was by law able to. It has been over 5 months since completion and I am much more knowledgeable. Even now, I would not change my assets percentage. I know it may not be the highest rate of return but given the current market and an overall unpleasant life experience with the stock market, my money is now safe. This company and the individuals therein have genuinely had my best interests at heart from the beginning. Completely satisfied!

I recently retired at the end of 2021 after just short of 34 years with the same employer.
