The first person you talk to is the Sales Dept. The trust is in how you are treated. Andy must have been taking notes on my interests. The second time I called, everything was fine because of the personal touch in the sound of his voice. He seems to have all my paperwork in front of him when I call him. I have dealt with many sales people over the years. I think he is a good asset to your Company.

By directly addressing my issues and not trying to impress me with her knowledge or experience, she demonstrated her value on each call. When I decided to move forward my transaction went smoothly. Afterwards, Kristen was still available or very responsive to address any questions I had as I was becoming familiar with the coordination between PG, the depository and the trustee. Throughout my (probably longer than average buying cycle) I was impressed that Kristen consistently remembered me and everything from our previous discussions.
