I have never written a review before, however, my experience with PATRIOT GOLD GROUP was way above my expectations. I am so grateful for that. My service provider was Kristen T. She was wonderful to me. She had the most beautiful voice. I new what I wanted to do, move my IRA into metals but had no idea how to do it and I am very uncomfortable being on a computer. Kirsten quickly put me at ease in so many ways. She clearly and patiently answered every question I asked. It I didn't quite understand clearly, she rephrased it in another way and even gave a few examples to give me word pictures. I loved that. This was my retirement so I had to make some decisions regarding my choices of metals that I wanted to get. Once again I had questions about how this whole PATRIOT GOLD GROUP worked.
