Patriot Gold GroupReviews of patriotgoldgroup.com

Jimmy at Patriot Gold Group was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and made things simple and easy to understand. I would recommend Patriot Gold Group to anyone interested in purchasing Gold and Silver.

After checking out and discussing the possibility of doing business with several "Gold IRA" companies, I chose "Patriot Gold". Matt at Patriot Gold" was professional, knowledgeable, honest, straightforward courteous and helpful. I was glad and satisfied to do business with him. Excellent customer service (answer/return phone calls in time when/if I have a question or concern).

Had a slow transfer but they made up for it. Great customer service and follow up.

I dealt with Andy C and Chance B. These guys have the knowledge and the "desire" to guide you down the best path for your situation. They made things very easy for me and everything went exactly as they said it would. I will be doing business with these folks again.

When I decided to purchase gold with my retirement funds, I called Patriot Gold and was lucky enough to get Liz Lane as my go-to sales person. She knew it all and was proud of her company and the responsibility placed on her for other peoples' investments. We talked many times on the phone and she was very responsive to every question or concern I had. Then when we were toward the end of the transaction, she went on a previously planned and well-deserved vacation, which left me in the hands of Kristen Tucker, an equally adept sales person. I found my entire experience to be professionally handled and personally gratifying. They were both extremely proficient and kind. There were no stupid questions, only a depth of knowledge that was helpful and immense. Thank you both for handling my transfer to gold. Especially you, Liz, as I feel, I can call on you anytime, even after this transaction has been completed, for any sort of transactions or recommendations in the future.

I had plenty of questions about the form of payment, how it was being sent, and when I would receive it. Knowing that I was giving up a lump sum of money, I wanted to make sure it was legit. Kristen answered all of my questions, and when I called, she would always return my call the same day or within 24 hours. She is the best, and I will work with her in the very near future. I also shared the information with others. I would give a ten but there is only five stars.

Responsive, timely and courteous.

They go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied!
