Patriot Gold GroupReviews of patriotgoldgroup.com

Liz was very responsive and answered all of our questions. I recommend Patriot Gold to my family and friends.

I brought a personal situation to James Walker and he immediately got started to assist me with it. There were a couple of hick-ups and he responded quickly. It was all brought to a resolution and I am very thankful for his assistance.

Very easy transaction. Very attentive folks at PGG

I was impressed with the attention I was given. I had so many questions but wasn't available during the day; I would email in the evening and within 15 minutes I would get a reply (this even happened at 9pm). They were patient and answered thoroughly. The customer service with Patriot Gold Group is absolutely amazing. Thank you Chance, Charly and Andy!!

I made my first large gold purchase with Jacob a couple months ago. He was very professional and always easy to reach with any questions. I really appreciated how well he explained the entire exchange process. I also spoke with Liz during the process and she was equally impressive to work with.

Mike Hennessy is GREAT he is very personable and genuinely cares about his clients Always very professional and dedicated to helping my wife and I with whatever our needs and questions are. His customer service is genuine and he is an asset to your organization. Bravo Mike !

Every time I speak with Andy or Bo they are both very nice and explain everything in detail that I can understand.

Patriot Gold Group was by far the most helpful and informative Precious Metals dealer that I called as a new buyer to get into the silver market. I called 4 other top rated companies and their associates seemed to busy to help me understand the buying process. Matt McGuinn and Jim Walker didn’t just want to send me a packet to review. They actually talked me through the process and helped set up my trust and depository. Their customer service was the best by far and I wouldn’t deal with anyone else. I made a significant purchase and also liked the no fee for life for storage that Patriot GG offered. The follow up call from Laura DiBiase to make sure I was happy with the company and seeing if I needed anything was also great ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks again John K Texas
