PAID $34 for a T-shirt and a FREE Flag. Only got the flag worth a couple of dollars. Sent emails after emails for 2 years-no reply and no shirt. RIP OFF!

Order never shipped after a month called the CC company and had the charge removed. Now a month later they send an email that the order shipped, even though they never answered any of my emails. Don't waste your time or money!

I purchased one of their "rocks" glasses for a friend. The charge appeared on my VISA statement as a company bearing no resemblance to Patriot Depot. Over the past three weeks I have written twice to their C/S department (they have NO phone number), inquiring when the glass would be sent, but still have not heard a word back. Despicably poor customer service. I will never do business with them again.

I too would also give them a zero if I could. Placed an order for two separate sets of glasses. After a month only one half of the order came in and this is after sending six emails and none of them were responded to. Now 2 1/2 months later the second set has never arrived and I’m looking to get my money back from my bank. Horrible horrible customer service.

If I could give them zero stars I would . I placed order 12/9 was charged 12/10 and nothing has been shipped , they do not respond to emails . I really wished that I would have read reviews first before ordering but , being veteran owned I trusted the site . What a disgrace to veterans .

They confirmed my order on 12-16, charged my credit card on 12-17, & never shipped my order. I emailed them on 12-18 for an estimated ship date. They ignored me, & from what I see on the Trust Pilot reviews, I can expect to never hear from them. I guess I will issue a claim with my credit card.

I placed an order 11/22/24. My card was charged. Today is 12/23/24 and I have not received my order. I have emailed and called many, many times and I cannot get a response. Terrible customer service.
