THE BEST QUALITY, took a little while to come when I ordered a limited edition item which is fair enough. But THE best makeup. Ordered loads and never had an issue.

I gave it no stars previously as my emails got ignored for weeks. Eventually I managed to get Candiss who managed to resolve this in no time. Really appreciate your help, hopefully your managers can give you some credit as you are a great asset to the company. Thank you again Jennifer x

Un peu de positif dans tout ce négatif, qui m'a d'ailleurs fait très peur en commandant mais j'ai quand même tenté l'expérience, et très satisfaite, commande passée le dimanche 19, reçu le vendredi 24 décembre, et très bien emballée en plus, Palette testée et approuvée pour un maquillage de nouvel an.

Commande passée le 5 décembre qui a été expédié le 16 décembre et maintenant aucune nouvelles puisque le suivi est bloquer au 18 décembre. Dommage car j’ai commandé chez colourpop qui est aussi aux États Unis et c’est beaucoup mieux niveau suivi et organisation. J’aurai préféré commandé autre part mais aucun site ne vend la marque à part Sephora mais ils n’ont aucun produit que je voulais. On verra bien quand la commande sera là si elle arrive un jour. Mise à jour: Bon je viens enfin de recevoir ma commande le 30/12/21 donc ça va encore je croyais que ça allais être plus long. Rien est arrivé cassé, colis très bien emballé avec papier bulle et palette dans une enveloppe bulle donc s'il y a de la casse c'est que les livreurs font du foot avec. Le service client est plutôt réactif. Première commande et je ne suis pas déçue malgré le délai d'envoi et de livraison qui est un peu lent et le suivi qui ne fonctionne pas toujours mais j'avais peur avec les commentaires que j'ai lu mais chaque expérience est différente. Les prix sont élevés mais les produits sont très beau et les packagings très qualitatifs ils sont lourd on voit que c'est de la qualité.

First time ordering from Pat McGrath Labs and I was full of anticipation and read the mostly negative/bad reviews here, after I ordered but before I received my order (in a timely fashion). I had NO problems. I ordered on 12/03/2021 and now in receipt of the best eyeshadow palette I've ever owned in my life on 12/13/21. No muss, no fuss. The mirror inside is beveled!!! The case alone was worth the money. I am astounded and pleased. Incredibly happy with the product itself, the packaging, also the shipping packaging was excellent and the time between order and receipt, excellent and it is Christmas time. Bravo Pat McGrath!

I am always happy to receive my black boxes. Very surprised to see all the bad reviews here. C&Ss are always helpful and responsive (yes it may take a couple of days to receive an answer in some cases but it's makeup at the end of the day not a necessity) rectified any problems I may have had (smashed up palette, wrong item sent) in no time. The products are out of this world and I love every single piece I own (pretty much everything from the website), high quality makeup and lux experience. I couldn't recommend enough Pat's makeup I'm always excited to use and never disappointed from the beautiful packaging to the gorgeous shimmers and long lasting plush matte lipsticks.. I will continue to spend my hard earned cash whenever she releases new items because every single piece is like a work of art to me. 5* A+++ or whatever you want to call it, got sucked into Pat's world and I don't want to get out.

This is my favourite makeup brand to order from. I have a Selfridge's delivery subscription but Pat McGrath offers better discounts more frequently alongside free shipping (it can take a while but free shipping from the US to UK, I mean, come on) The products are incredible and I have very literally never regretted a single thing I've ordered. It all makes my heart flutter. I have actually had a couple of issues with my orders in the past, but customer service has gone above and beyond every time to rectify it and I really like that it's an actual person you're emailing. I've had solutions to issues within minutes of contacting CS. A specific shout out to Stephanie for saving the day when my last order wasn't up to scratch.

Fantastic experience, great products. Very responsive and understanding customer services. They read your messages and reply, unlike robotic responses that is common when shopping from US websites. They deliver my packages within a week from the US to the U.K. and I’ve never been disappointed. Keep doing the good job. A special thank you to Stephanie :)
