I’ve been trying to either get my order or return my other orders total in all over 500.00 for 2 months now, do not order from the website directly, it’s an email contact only and as one other review stated, very shallow, unwilling to help and biggest mess of a company i’ve ever encountered. email after email and returns that are sitting for weeks while they hold your money and refuse to ease this process. I’m going to the better business bureau and the attorney general to file complaints for my money back. Save yourself a huge headache and waste or weeks at a time, do not order from Pat McGrath.

Extremely poor, shallow customer service. I’ve asked them 3 times to ship my product and it still has not been shipped after 3 weeks. Customer Service will promptly reply with the same old “Hey! We’re terribly sorry about the delay! We’ll get back to you with tracking information!” or they will promise to have it shipped by whatever date and they will never actually do it. If I’m paying over $100 for this luxury product, I expect delivery at least to be normal, not atrocious. I would advise against purchasing directly from patmcgrath.com

Good luck placing your order with this company. Where shall I begin? They always come up with these limited edition releases which get everyone super excited. Then you don't get your access code or the site cannot load or else you place your order and you get a notification a couple of hours later that this item is out of stock. Every single release is a mess and they never handle it well. Customer care is a total disaster. They won't even bother to help you. I don't mind shelling the money but the customer care experience you're getting is complete rubbish when considering the price tag of these items. If you want to spend your hard earned money and get treated like rubbish be my guest. I won't ever order from this site again unless they clean up their act.

my order never arrived. contacted customer service and they provided invalid tracking number which delivery company said incorrect. after reaching them again they offered refund but not the product. extremely horrible service.

where shall I begin? I placed two order mid April using PayPal to complete both purchases and the orders went through fine. then my husband wanted to treat me so I went to purchase their mothership pallets and bought to costing £172.00 (approx) the money went through same method everything was fine. but then my order was cancelled! I inquired as to why it was cancelled but wasn't given a proper answer. so I have been back and forth with customer services trying to resolve the issue as I really wanted my pallets. its now been a further 10 days and ive sent a few emails and the company has not bothered to help me out or respond to me at all. im sort of glad because I will reclaim my money some how but their eyeshades look Devine in the pallets but DO NOT have and amazing pay off. some of my HUDA BEAUTYs pallets have a better pay off. they are not worth the money or the time. pats brand is for sure up there with the luxury brands but their customer service is atrocious. im very sad and gutted and disappointment. WILL NOTTT be buying from them again, I had envisioned of creating different eye looks and buying more products but I guess not .

I always wanted to try this brand so I decided I will surprise myself with an eyeshadow palette for Christmas. But then they had a big sale for lipsticks so I thought it would be safer if i order a few before I order a palette so i can check the brand quality etc. I ordered two lipsticks on cyber Monday when everything was still in stock, i got a confirmation email and everything went fine. Then days passed still no shipping confirmation email. I emailed them asked about my order, no response. 20 days went no shipping confirmation email so I sent them another email, no response (Keep in mind they charged me!). Another few days went by and i got my money back, no cancellation email. So I emailed them again asking what happened to my order. No response. I will never order from them again. Im super disappointed.

Ordered some lipsticks on the black Friday sale and I don't have them. Tried contacting customer service and they don't even bother reading the e-mail you send them and send a generic reply. I seem to have been lucky to even receive this going by the other comments here. I'm giving them until the end of next week and then I'm going to contact my bank to get me my money back. Considering the price of their products you would think they could employ more staff to help out.
