If your in no rush order from Pat Mcgrath..... from such a high end make up brand i am very disappointed. My first time ordering will not be ordering again.

I ordered more than one month ago and nothing has arrived yet. I never got any reason or explanation why it took them 3 weeks to dispatch the order whilst it was paid immediately! Now I just have a tracking number that doesn't work and I am still waiting for the product to arrive.

I placed an order in August whilst knowing that there would be possible delays... It took them more than a week to dispatch the order. This didn't upset me at all. Moving on... Two weeks later, I check the tracking. Says the parcel is in Germany and nothing else. A week after, nothing had moved. I contacted customer service and nothing happened. Each time I contacted them, I would get a stupid reply like: I am so sorry! I don't need your apologies, I just wanted to know what was happening with the parcel. Then, by 3rd week of October, I check the tracking and it says delivery was attempted twice and failed. I live in Prague and have been working from home since March. That upset me a whole lot. I wrote to the customer service and asked them for a refund. They keep ignoring my emails. I checked again today and no reply from them. In the meantime, I went to the post office and finally got the package. Customer service has decided to completely ignore my request. It took more than 60 days when their website mentions 12 for international shipping. I thought they would have a better customer service or rather a more professional one since Pat Macgrath is a luxury brand. Sorely disappointed and will not be buying from this brand again. It just gave me anxiety.

Shocking experience in store at Selfridges and lipstick has broken down

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I was aware of possible delays but this is too much. After waiting for a looong time for the tracking number I received an invalid one. I had to reach out to customer service and OMG! I was never treated so bad. A little bit of context I'm super patient and the most kind person with customer service agents because I was one for a long time. They do all the mistakes in the book, they are robotic even mean, not empathic and treating you Iike you are stupid. They gave me twice a wrong tracking number. Finally the last person gave me a "functioning" one but, the last update was from a few days ago. They also dare to put in bold letters "wait for the tracking to be updated" as if after almost one month I have patience left! Never again, her products are not so wow anyway. The mattes can be chalky and the "special shades" get in your face after a long day. Just saying... Save your money!

Ive placed an order 1,5 months ago. Still hasnt arrived. They are ignoring my emails and the tracking doesjt work

I made an order 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. When two weeks passed and I still had not received a dispatch email I contacted them and received no response so I waited 2 days and contacted them again. They finally emailed back and said all orders will be dispatched by the end of the week. Clearly a lie as I still have no products, not even confirmation it’s been dispatched. For the price of the products you would expect the customer service to be a lot better. UPDATE So after a month and a half of going back and forth with this company’s customer service team and repeatedly being told my “order will be out by the end of the week”, to then being completely ignored they finally reached out to me to tell my my order has been cancelled and refunded due to being out of stock. Avoid ordering from the pat McGrath website at all costs this is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online!!

I placed an order for a product within one minute from its official release. That was 18 days ago and I still haven't received a confirmation or a tracking number. The money was taken from my account. I contacted customer service via email and online chat and I received exactly the same reply (word for word) in both cases, saying that they experience some delays but would send out everything that week. That was last week. There is no cancellation policy, there's only an option of returning an item once you receive it. Which might be somewhere between this week and never. I don't recommend and I won't be buying again. Update 1: After 3 weeks I received an invalid tracking number. Update 2: After 4 weeks a correct tracking number was generated, but the package wasn't handed to the delivery company.
