Ordered three weeks Ago and order not even dispatched yet. Don’t answer emails

I placed an order on 11/30 that has not been fulfilled and I have received no order update or refund or any contact, I placed an order on 11/30 #789490. This order has not been fulfilled and I have received no order update or refund or any contact. I have emailed customer service AND filled out their form over ten times in the past 2 weeks and still have not received any response. They already took my money so it looks like I will need to dispute it.

Great products, garbage customer service. I ordered December 5th and I feel that it's reasonable to expect my package by Christmas. It's now the 18th with no sign of it being shipped, no response from the emails I have sent. I had it shipped to my mother's house where I planned to be at Christmas, and now the package won't arrive before I have to leave and come back home. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. And from the looks of it, this is happening to everyone, not just me.

Who would have thought that such a big name in fashion and makeup will have such poor service. Money for my order was taken immediately and order never actually shipped. Upon contacting customer service, they gave me some random DHL tracking number which never appeared on their tracking because the order was never physically handed to them. Money was refunded after Paypal dispute. They should NOT be taking money unless they have shipped the order anyway. I can't believe so many big brands are that cheap and dirty and so obvious about it. Don't waste your time and money and go shop somewhere else.

Half my order didn't arrive. I ordered from them, and even though I paid for, and was billed for all of my products, they decided it would only do to send me half of them. They've ignored my emails and my social media requests for a refund of the products I paid for and didn't receive. Update: I contacted them about this over three days ago and they have ignored me on all fronts. I have had to raise a dispute with Amazon pay, whom I used to pay for the products. Truly disgusting customer service and treatment of customers. Will not purchase again. Update 2: On social media I got an automated-sounding response that I would be refunded within 24 hours. Still seen nothing in my bank account well after this time, nor in my emails confirming this. Steer well clear.

High end amazing products, let down by seriously bad service. I placed a large order 15 days ago which still hasn’t dispatched. I’ve emailed many times, started a PayPal dispute and messaged via social media to no avail. I’ve requested the cancellation of my order (it won’t be here for Christmas in time now) and all communications are ignored. The PayPal dispute has been answered with its been referred to the relevant department....and that it! Soooooo bad at customer care. They continue to heavily advertise promo’s and sales but can’t honour the purchases in a reasonable time and ignore you once they have your money. I’m a pro makeup artist and know the products are fantastic quality but I’ll never order from them again.

7 days and my product did not ship yet. Sent two emails but no response after 48 hours. Requested a refund - I doubt I'll see the product or a refund based on other reviews here. Wish I'd read them first.
