Placed a order on the 6th of December, received a email on the 9th saying the order will be fulfilled later then normal as they are busy. Have received no update since. I emailed them twice and got a copy and pasted replied once and never got a reply to the second. This customer service is shocking, I understand its a busy time period but this is beyond a joke. On the 4/1/21 I received a refund as apparently my item was out of stock, strangely the same item is still being sold on their website

The website states your order should be dispatched in 1-4 days, it’s been 4 weeks with no dispatch and no order updates even though the money has been taken from my bank account. Every attempt I’ve made of trying to contact customer services through email is answered by a generic, computer automated message that answers non of my concerns and complaints, and no order can be modified/ cancelled after placing it, no matter how expensive or delayed the order is. Disgusting customer service for a brand that charges so much for their products.

Ordered on the 11th November via Global UK. was charged for a foundation. No updates, no emails. Sent chasers and it’s the 27th December and I still have no responses or updates. I believe for such a high luxury brand they should be able to have a competent team who can assist in sorting out all these complaints.

I placed an order a month ago (2 palettes TOTAL 150 euros)- and I haven't recieved any shipment confirmation whatsoever- I have sent 4 emails already, left comments in Ig pictures, and NO FEEDBACK AT ALL. This is scam- it is a shame that they sell themselves as a luxurius brand... We all get is covid times but you must reply to your customers and who makes you earn this much money (not deserved based in my experience).

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, ordered on the 7th and have still not received my products! They continually push promotions even though they can’t handle in. Absolutely unprofessional company. I will NEVER order from them again.

the worst customer service ever! I have bought a couple of makeup products two months ago and they have not shipped them yet!! I tried to refund as the products haven't dispatched and i don't need them anymore as they were Christmas gifts, and they didn't even bother replying to my email!!!

I purchased the under eye kit with concealer, brush and powder. 3 weeks later only the concealer arrived. I had to chase them and so they said the other 2 products were sold out and they could only give me a refund. They charged me full price for the concealer which I didn’t even really want at this point. They said I could return the concealer at my own expense. They said once the brush and powder come back In stock I should repurchase then email them and they can refund me the difference for the special price that was part of the kit. No thank you.

Ordered with 2.5 weeks to spare. Paid for expedited shipping. Got nothing. Complained as I havent seen a tracking ID (it hasn't even been shipped!) and got a refund, but no communications (no apologies). Thanks for nothing, I now need to rush around for a gift.
