I wish I had read these reviews before ordering here. I placed several orders on 30 November, none of them arrived. These were Christmas gifts so even when they will arrive after months the products are useless to me. Customer service does not respond. I payed with Pay Pal, they have buyer protection, I contacted them. Hope they can help me get my money back. I also think this website has to be reported somewhere (just don't know where), to protect future customers from this horrible experience. It goes without saying that I will NEVER buy from her website again.

the products maybe excellent...but the customer service definitely doesnt stand up for the high-end vision of the brand. i have waited over 1 month to receive my product. how can it be real? when they finally attended my order, which took around 10 days, they dispatched it with some strange way that it took longer to arrive than a postal package from China. unbelievble. apart from the 0 attention on my emails and numerous approaches to contact them. i am absolutely dissappointed and i do not recommend to buy directly from the brand page

Took 2 weeks to receive my order (which honestly wasn't a huge deal to me), and when it arrived, an item was missing. Contacted customer service and a month later received no reply. However eventually got in contact with them on instagram after messaging them a lot and saying I will have to do a chargeback. After that I received my missing item a few days later. Anyway, the review 2 reviews below me seemed to have a privileged experience and in no way should go acting like we should be complacent to this horrible customer service. Really girl, you received a refund for three times the amount of your order so you tell us we are being unfair to the company? If I didn't complain nonstop on their instagram I wouldn't have received any money back and I would've been scammed. If you want to buy pmg products, and yes their quality is amazing, buy it from sephora. PMG's customer service is atrocious.

Ordered the Mothership palette on December 1. Received an email on January 4th saying it was out of stuck and I’d be refunded. The palette is still on the website for purchase. I can’t believe a supposed “billion dollar company” can’t provide a basic level of customer service. There are better eyeshadows and lipsticks out there that will actually turn up!

Worst customer service ever! I ordered product and never received it. I ordered the product at the end of October 2109 and it is now 7th December 2021! It has been over 2 months and no product and no word from customer care! I have emailed customer service multiple times and never had a response! They have stolen my money! No product to show for it and no way to contact anyone to resolve it!

Ordered in the beginning of December during their flash sale and it had stated the items would be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. I had not seen an update on the status of my order so I reached out to them via email. Received an email 4 days later saying "Congrats, your order has been shipped" along with a tracking ID and told it would take 1-2 business days for an update. Waited a few days and checked the tracking status with UPS and the website stated that it could not locate the shipment details. Reached out to Pat McGrath once again, and was told that 2 of the 4 items I ordered were sold out and that was the reason for the delay and to kindly wait for them to fulfill the order. I said nope, wanted some sort of compensation for this or to just cancel my order because this was taking way too long at that point. They emailed me back saying that they refunded my order and would send the 2 items thats are currently in stock. If I wanted to order the other 2 items that were sold out, I can order them at full price and email them later on to get a refund based on the sale price I had originally purchased. Today, I received a package from Pat McGrath (1 month after ordering) and opened it to only receive 1 of the items. Disappointed. Oh well, got 1 free lipstick and my money back at least, but at the expense of my own time reaching out to them constantly to see what was the issue.

I have ordered 2 orders with Pat on mid December and I noticed the shipment would be delayed because of holidays. However, when I received the packages, it was missing a lot of my items. I ordered 27 lipsticks but they sent me only 8 items. I found the way to contact them but no phone number, or anything else except email. Yeah, they think that email might be a good way to communicate with complaints?? Or want to delays our complaints. We paid and we must receive what we paid, not the disappointment. Now I emailed them and waited indefinite time or forever to get response.

Horrific!! Buy your makeup from someone else. Ordered 3 lipsticks, took over 4 weeks to be dispatched and then only two turned up. I cannot get hold of anyone on email or Instagram - I keep emailing and messaging and have had no reply.
