placed two separate orders on cyber monday and i only received one. it is almost 2 months later. i have emailed the company at least 3 times and they never respond. insane to me that this is supposed to be a "luxury" brand sold at sephora and how they are so shady. product is not worth the hype anyway, especially the shadows. never purchasing again. ETA years later, the package never came.

Can u kindly bother to reply i try every possible ways to contact you guys but no answer, its almost 2 months I ordered 3 parcels , the tracking no which was given me showed 4 days back that my all parcels are in Australia and from 2 days it shows that they are still in usa

I love the products and my first two orders were delivered speedily and customer care was extremely helpful in tracking. However, I’ve been waiting nearly two months for my latest order. I’ve contacted customer care twice, but have not received any response. All I want to know is where this order is so I can decide whether or not to request a refund. In all my correspondence, I’ve been polite and expressed understanding for the inevitable delays in getting products shipped from the US in a crisis situation, so I’m very disappointed.

The quality of these products are amongst the best I’ve ever tried, it’s a shame their customer service department is seemingly non existent. Still not received an order from the 9th of December, the first email I sent was given an automated reply without follow up, and the second email has been ignored entirely. After giving them two weeks to reply, I’ve now put in a dispute with PayPal, which they also haven’t acknowledged. Will have to escalate it with PayPal for a refund, which is a shame because as previously stated, their products are incredible and I just wanted my order to be checked.

I am like others- ordered and received half of my order only. I should read reviews before I place an order. I thought about them as of a reputable business- that was a mistake:( CS is simply not existing.

They hound you like starving wolves! They are trained to do so until you give in. You go in looking at one vehicle and their intent is to put you into another vehicle that you either don't like or can't afford because it's to their benefit only. Sales people hound you again and again even after you leave. Never buy from them!

I have order 4 items but just got 2 of them. I have tried to contact with customer service email for so long but no hearing from them. So disappointed! First time order their product and probably is a last time!!!
