Very slow delivery. Almost a month to Europe?!come on...

I have to agree with the others about their customer service. Although they responded rather early to my inquiries, they were unhelpful, unfortunately. I ordered online for the first time, and must say, probably the last time. The order took over a month to reach me. It did eventually. But extremely slowly. It did come from US to the EU. By airmail. I don't know whose fault it is, but the company chooses who they work with, so I hold them accountable. They're supposed to be a luxury brand, so i just expected more. Also, the fact that they don't have a comprehensive feedback system, makes me think that something is not right. You can only rate the products, which are not bad, so the feedback system leaves out a huge part of the experience. Steer clear of them. Or buy directly form sephora if you really want to try the products.

Worst customer service ever in the world. I have been chasing them almost daily and they don’t give a crap to even reply. They have 0 value for their customers. It has been more than a month since I placed my order but haven’t still got it. It’s too much of my patience now. Please think again to save your hard earned money before shopping from them

I’m confused it is my first time placing an order and after a few days received a cancellation email duo to out of stock despite still seeing the items on their website. I asked them about it and they said they hadn’t update their website which is strange. I would think a company like that would do better.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would!! First order was back in January, I received my order in March after many complaints ! I decided to give them a second chance ordering again beginning of April. After a month my order wasn’t even SHIPPED when they actually claim to ship it in 3-5 days. The only solution I was given was a replacement or a refund. I went for a replacement. HOWEVER!! After a couple days I received an email to inform me that “ a replacement is not possible”. So they give you a choice they can’t even respect. All I have to say is NEVER ORDER FROM PMG WEBSITE !!! All they will deliver is DECEPTION!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time I have ordered and once again, poor shipping and service. Ordered 2 weeks ago and items are yet to be shipped. Poor customer support with no response to multiple emails. Save your dollars for other luxe brands which are just as good and usually ship with reputable logistics like DHL. Just crap....

I ordered two of the Pat Mcgrath palettes on the 20th of March. It took a long time to ship, despite the statement on the website that orders are shipped within 2-5 days. When my order arrived it was missing the larger palette so I had to go back to customer services. I am still waiting for it to be shipped and have found the customer services to be really poor especially for a luxury brand. I have had to send almost daily emails to chase up the completion of my order and I don't feel valued as a customer in any way.

Reckless behaviour by customer care - had a missing item in my order, thought it was dealt with by a replacement order and never received a shipment confirmation or the product itself. If I hadn't kept writing about it they wouldn't even know and wouldn't even refund me for it. For reference the item was in stock both at the time I made my order and the time customer care supposedly made my replacement order. Never buying from them again!
