This is not cheap, but the packaging is just awful. Trying to open the blusher is a nightmare. They don’t publish any unfavourable reviews on their website, so no constructive criticism allowed.

Lux prices but that´s where it stops. - backaging and handling took more than a month, that is too much, really get your s*** together - shipping was alright - when you finally open your package it is so dissapointing not the lux experience I paid for (compared to victoria beckham it´s a joke) - packaging is cheap and flimsy - products don´t perform high end - received money back, they called it customer curtesy I could not get them to tell me what the reason was, when the package arrived I realised that one product was missing so there´s that. However in my opinion getting money back for a product I did not and will never receive is hardly a curtesy. Just buy stuff from all the other brands that actually care about their customers.

I’ve tried to order from them twice and both times they’ve cancelled the orders and advised my billing information could not be ‘verified’ whatever that means… I shop online frequently and and never had this issue with any company. Their rationale is not possible. Not sure what is happening here.

i ordered make up and received a order confirmation number i then tried to log in to check tracking and there was no order showing i checked my bank and the money hadn't been taken out ... fast forward 9 days later and the money was taken out showing as global-e on my banking app still no tracking or confirmation of delivery i wish i hadn't bothered ordering i'm shocked as i thought it would be ok being a luxury brand

Been 2 weeks since i ordered and my order still hasn’t been despatched. They sent me a tracking number saying it had been posted, even though the tracking number clearly shows they’re lying! It says on their website 2/3 days to process international orders, biggest load of bull ive ever read. They said it would be longer during a launch or a promotion, neither were happening when I ordered. Will never order from them again!

Made an order on the 25th July 2021, shipped 4th August, still haven't received it as at 29th August. So disappointing from a luxury brand. NO tracking updates for weeks!!. I really wanted to try a product but unfortunately am most likely going to have to ask for a refund as I feel the package will never come now.

Appalling delivery and customer service. I’ve ordered from them before twice and got the products within a week. This time, however, it’s well over a week since I spent £200 on the new palette, etc. and haven’t even had a tracking number. When I asked their appalling “customer services” where my goods were, they fobbed me off and said that “delays are to be expected when we launch new products”. Great! So they have no problem taking my money immediately but I have to sit and wait and wait to get the stuff I’ve legally purchased. The lesson is clear: don’t buy when they launch new products! For me, however, I won’t be buying her products ever again. Disgusting contempt for paying customers.

I’ve ordered three times now on Pat McGrath website. Today, my alarm went off 6am so I can shop the new drop. I was charged TWICE and customer service told me they don’t do refunds and to contact my own bank. I doubt I’ll ever be ordering from this place again. Also, my first two orders still hasn’t arrived and it’s been a month. I just really wanted the new palette and have tried to be patient but it’s been a month since my first two orders and all it says on tracking is “label created” still. I do wish I checked tracking again before re ordering.
