I live in the UK. I was expecting ordering from the US to be pricey, and that it would take a long time to be delivered to me. I was wrong. I ordered on a Thursday evening and the product was with me by Monday afternoon, delivered by DHL, with no shipping charge. What a fantastic service from this company, thank you! Also, the kohl eyeliner is absolutely amazing. Will definitely buy again.

Twice I've brought from this website and loved the products. There is free delivery and twice I received my order within 3 days one within 2 from New York very surprised. I have asked questions and received answers very quickly. I had a very good experience over all.

If I could give more stars I would, I ordered some items from the sale and they arrived within 2 days, from USA to Essex. I had heard about this company a few weeks ago, researched Pat McGrath and decided to try some of her products. I do like a bargain so when I saw that there was a sale I ordered 3 items, and received a free gift too. If I had seen the reviews I probably wouldnt have bothered. I am impressed, and I will definitely purchase more items in the future. From one Pat to another..... thanks!

Made an order while a sale was on as the prices were excellent compared to ordering from uk stores, then of course I read the reviews here and started worrying! All I can say is I had a fantastic experience. ordered on the Wednesday evening and arrived through dhl on the Monday only 5 days to ship to uk, for free shipping this is amazing. no customs as was promised on the website and everything was perfect intact and packaged well. Would definitely order from the website again

My order has arrived with delay, yes, but because of my country's post office rules. Candiss from Customer Care was extremely helpful always. So before posting a negative review, check also the status of the order in your country. The palette is awesome, i will definetely order again, this time knowing how much to wait and what to do.

I had a tepid experience, unable to reach customerservice within a reasonable timeframe, until Pat McGrath herself stepped in. Then I had an absolutely outstanding experience. 5 stars plus to Pat McGrath.

I must say I am quite surprised by all the bad reviews. I’ve ordered from Pat McGrath 4 times and never had any issues. Always received all my items and shipping was very fast (I’m in the UK). I’ve never needed customer service so can’t comment on that.

This review is very important for me because I know how helpful is a genuine review of experience good or bad-- after my online order on pat McGrath website did not give a safe order response I wrote several emails to customer service Pat McGrath got an automatic response each time which was of no help,. Honestly I checked the reviews online and felt same as people who had written it.To my good luck I got response from customer services by a person named Mindi she kept responding to my each query after that and helped me with my order till I received it and as order was not complete helped me with refund, Everything that Mindi did kept my faith intact in the good customer service by Pat McGrath. One person who is at that spot can make or break your faith in a business that has been built on someone hardwork and passion. Thanks Mindi keep it up you did your job good and I am doing mine by taking your story forward-- Pat McGrath beautiful lipstick and service -- thanks for keeping my faith even if my order was small but faith big
