This was my 3rd time shopping from the Pat McGrath site without any issues. I placed my order on April 1st and received an order confirmation within minutes. Received an e-mail that my order had shipped on April 5th. It arrived at my local delivery point today April 20th. Everything was packaged well and nothing was missing from my order. I must say that I got very worried yesterday when I was reading all these negative reviews, despite having had no issues previously at any of my orders. It's sad to see others have not had the same experience. Sure, I wish the entire shipping process went a bit quicker but I can tolerate it since it does ship all the way from the US to Sweden. I also placed a 4th order on April 6th and received shipping confirmation on April 12th, so hopefully, it won't take too much longer to get here.

I made an order at the beginning of January it took a couple of weeks to arrive but as its coming from the USA I expected a bit of a delay. When the package arrived I found it was missing 1 of the lipsticks. The packing note didn't include it but the confirmation of shipping did. Sent two emails to the customer service address and got no response, there was no refund for the missing item either. In the end I sent a DM to their Instagram page, didn't get a reply for 3 days so commented on one of their post on Instagram asking them to reply to me. Within an hour I was responded to and they were very helpful. Asked for my name and address and sent the lipstick out via FedEx and gave me the tracking details. It was with me within 2 days! I then had a response from the email I had originally sent asking me for my order number so they could refund the lipstick as it was out of stock! I assume they use a fulfilment agency to send orders and things are not going well. It seems contacting the official page on social media gets you in contact with their actual company who care about their customers.

I decided to place an order due to the great sale and free delivery to the UK, though I was a bit skeptical about the fact that the website said I wouldn't be charged customs. I'm very glad to say though that I didn't receive any additional charges and my package arrived in a week, which is really quick as it came from the US! I didn't get an answer when I emailed the customer support team asking if I would be charged customs, but that's the only fault I have, it wasn't an issue anyway, and I appreciate that Covid-19 has slowed a lot of services down. Would order again!

It appears I am lucky. I made three Pat McRath orders between the 29th November and 11th December, all arrived in roughly around a fortnight from the date I ordered. I was actually impressed how quickly they were delivered and that shipping was free. The lipsticks and lipbalms I ordered are great quality and I like them. I wouldn't pay full price for them though. 2 lipsticks have what I think is wax bloom, where wax has moved to the outside due to temperature change. I don't mind this as does not impact the quality. I haven't had to contact customer service who do seem a nightmare to deal with going by reviews on here

I ordered 2 lipsticks from the sales and it arrived at my doorstep on day 10 which was expected as I am in the UK. It seems like they only took the money out of my account on day 7 when they dispatched my order. Overall good experience for me and will be placing another order this week.

Thanks for their customer care support. They help me followed up my order. By that, i will order more from their site. Lol!

Waiting forever and it's not even shipped yet. CS nearly non existing, zero reply as of yet. Will be disputing this with paypal to get my money back if it's not shipped until the end of this week. EDIT: Parcel took forever but items arrived and are perfect. Taking one star away for the incredibly long wait time and not much communication

Well, I feel like it's a scam and not a famous company. I've placed my order on September 30 with paid for delivery. 10 days after still nothing happened. I wrote to the customer service via Instagram, they gave me a tracking number. Yesterday I asked again, why there is no movements of the package via this tracking number and the customer service person said, that I should ask DHL about my package. Fortunately, DHL replied very quickly, and you know what they said? "Please be informed, that shipment under Waybill 4515592605 was not transferred to DHL Express company in USA, only electronic Waybill was created by a sender." WHAT? I'm furious. So expensive stuff, expensive delivery and act worse than aliexpress. UPD: I should mention, that the support manager who works through IG is a lovely person! I've made another purchase (yes, the products are sooo good that I did it again), two of my lipstick had issues. I made a story in my IG where I didn't ask for a replacement, just ask if this is ok. But the person from the support IG account reached out after 30 mins and offered a replacement. I haven't expected that!
