I got a lipstick with a broken mechanism, the stick does not twist out. I wrote to the support service, but no one answers.I have a video of the unpacking and I sent a video of the breakdown to the support service. In December 2020, I waited for the parcel for almost a month and did not receive the order in full, the money was returned, but I had to write a lot of requests to the support service. Now the parcel went for a week, but it's a shame that I received a low-quality product. The store's support service replied that they would send a replacement. The response was received 5 days later. It has been 9 days since the promise, but the lipstick has not been sent. I got a replacement lipstick, I'm very happy, the lipstick is very beautiful.

Ordered on Nov. 29th, shipped on Dec. 8th and delivered on Jan. 5th in Europe. Shipping time is advertised as 9 business days at max (processing and shipping). The products are lovely! The rest of the experience not so much.

In their website it says that processing time is 24-48 hours and international shipping 4-7 business days. I've been waiting for 17 business days and order has not arrived. I had to contact customer service to get my tracking number and It's been week since tracking was updated last time. I've reached their customer service again and it is not helpful at all. Also, it was not shipped via DHL like they say on the website, but with RR Donnelley, which has so bad reviews online. Update: Order arrived after 5 weeks. The product is good.

Rec'd an email advertising 25% off SITE WIDE - but the first item I tried adding to my cart it stated, that item is NOT included in the 25% off Site Wide Sale . . . don't know what "Site Wide" means to the Pat McGrath website staff, but Site Wide SHOULD mean each and every item on the website! VERY disappointing! Language is just to attract you to the sale!

I had ordered the Divine Rose II palette about a month ago and the shipment was on time. However, after a couple days when I was using the palette I noticed that an entire shade was missing from the palette. The Gold Lust 001 shade was missing and there were two Bronze Rose 005 shades instead. I emailed their customer service but never received a response from them. I also left a review on their website mentioning this issue and that review was never posted either. The product is good but I am not sure it is worth the money and I don't trust them to fix the mistakes they make or be honest about them.

First order, during sale was with no problems everything was fine. So I ordered 2nd time during different sale and I understand that pandemic makes everything go slower but I literally was shunned for asking a month and a half after my order was made if order is going to be send. I didn’t get any communication from the company and website didn’t mention delays and checkout had normal estimated delivery time, that had passed 4 weeks prior my email. I had to send 2 emails because no one responded (waited 1 week) after first email. After contacting them they blamed it on covid and my order arrived a week later. Making it 2 months to receive very expensive eyeshadow palette with a scratch on the black enamel. I was planning on depotting eyeshadows so it wasn’t a deal breaker for me but I can imagine it would be an issue for a lot of customers.

Ordered several lipsticks, delivery was slow, but now they have announced their summer sale, so opened their website to see the offeres, so all prices are actually raised on lipsticks, use to be 35 now 42+tax, no sale, it's a lie
