I placed my order on December 6 and it's December 15. One and a half weeks later, my order has not even shipped out. As a customer, i was not made aware that international orders at PatMcGrath.com are outsourced to some other company. When i contacted customer service, no one got back to me. When you lodge a complain on Facebook, no one gets back to you either! At this rate, i had to contact the authorities to get my money back. Global-e - order number GE1770458842US

Utterly non existent customer service. Made an order and 2 weeks after, got an automated email saying, 'its going to be delayed' then a further week to process the order and another week to actually ship the items. The whole time I was trying to get some sort of update on what was going on/timeframes. Not one email of communication from them regarding this to date. I still don't have my products.

150€ de commande en attente depuis le 12/02/2021 !!! Je suis à la limite d’ouvrir un litige et de porter plainte! C’est une honte à ce prix je n’ai même pas reçu ma commande que j’attendais avec impatience pr Noël ! C’est la dernière fois que je commande sur le site ! Aucun sérieux ! Aucune considération du client ! Aucune réponse du service client! Commande bloqué depuis le 16/12 qui devait arriver par colis privé mais qui ne parvient toujours pas ?! Où est ma commande ?! Je n’ai pas payé 150€ ds le vent c’est scandaleux 😡 Pat Mc Grath des produits aussi cher et un service aussi médiocre ?! Aucun respect du client ! je suis profondément déçue et j’ai même peur de ne jamais recevoir ma commande 😢 c’est inhumain et irrespectueux de donner autant de stress à vos clients ! Encore pire au moment des fêtes ! Vs empochez gracieusement notre argent et après c’est démerdez-vs! Même pas un service client de qualité ! C’est scandaleux à ce prix ! Je ne recommande pas du tout !

Okay, about delivery we already know, for me it took 2 weeks for them just to SEND my purchase. But! The biggest disappointment is that 2 of 3 lipsticks were not perfect at all. One was broken, and another has broken package. Is it a level of luxury brand? No. It was my first and last experience.

Palette commandée le 3 décembre et aucune nouvelle mis à part un suivi de colis qui n’est pas mis à jour. Je n’ai aucun doute sur la qualité des produits mais l’expérience achat n’est absolument pas luxueuse. En revanche, la CB est débitée très rapidement. Aucune nouvelle du service clients malgré un mail envoyé mais, par contre, les newsletters pour pousser le consommateur à l’achat pleuvent sur ma boîte mail. Bref, déplorable…

Ce site est une catastrophe....dans mon suivi les 3 objets commandés sont affichés plus chers que le prix payés....ils m'ont annulés un objet qui est pourtant dispo sur le site...donc ils m'ont débités via Klarna....remboursés....puis redébités....plusieurs mails aux SaV 3 réponses qui n'ont RIEN avoir avec ma question.....et quasi 1 mois après aucune nouvelle du colis....HONTEUX! Certainement pas "luxueux" pour le service

I ordered a kit and it is missing two essentials- the palette and mascara! They didn’t email me to inform me that it wouldn’t be in my shipment. I have been emailing them and have gotten no answer. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I am super disappointed and wish I saw these reviews before I purchased from their site. I will not be buying from them again.

Placed an order at the end of November. After waiting over a week for postage, my order arrived with a damaged eyeshadow palette. I contacted customer services who agreed to replace the item. They said it would be dispatched soon.. it is now late December and I don’t have my item. Over 3 weeks since I ordered. Customer service unable/unwilling to help and at this point they have just ignored my emails completely. Honestly worst experience. Would avoid.
