PATLiveReviews of patlive.com

Patlive went through an extensive, hands on and personalized set up with me and worked with me - tweaking my script and set up until everything flowed perfectly. And they have been true to their word on billing which I have not always found to be the case with other services. I have a very high call volume and was concerned that I would not be able to stay within my calling plan- they reviewed my plan and calls so I could be confident that I was in the right plan. Extremely satisfied and would recommend them to any law firm - solo or large

Excellent customer service! thanks!

Great service, thanks!

Always prompt and courteous... They raise the bar on customer service

We have used PatLive for quite sometime now and love the service!!!

Always dependable and delivers on their promises. Would recommend to any friend.

Remarkably good at taking messages--high accuracy as far as getting caller information correct. And, unlike other services I've used, I don't get complaints from customers and prospects. Only drawback: The service is expensive. On a phone call basis, very expensive.

Its is well worth it. Its a huge help to my business
