Delivery arrived very quickly after I placed the order. Setting up the umbrella was extremely easy and only required connecting a few parts. It completely transformed the look of my garden. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, and the overall quality feels excellent. We hope to enjoy using it for many years to come.

I’m obsessed with this 10ft Cantilever Umbrella from @patio_kingdom 🤍 It completely upgraded our outdoor space! The curved aluminum design looks so modern, and the crank system makes it super easy to adjust. I love that it rotates 360° and tilts to different angles so we stay shaded all day ☀️ The vented top also helps a lot with airflow on warmer days. Perfect for relaxing by the patio, pool, or garden 🌿

Absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. In spite of having a very technical college degree myself, their instructions were terrible and didn’t make sense and the manual stated if you are having trouble go to such and such a website. Lo and behold, it’s the same ridiculous instructions! I had to drill a larger hole for one piece and it took two days to finally complete. If you know what’s good for you don’t ever buy anything from them.

Beware their return policies: I Ordered 2 folding Adirondack chairs. The design is incredibly weak and flexes to the point it's straining to the point the hardware is starting to bend. At 235 lbs on a 400 lbs chair that is unacceptable. I've contacted patio kingdom for a refund, but so far they want to deduct 30% of the item cost for a refund. I will update this review as I progress with the return.

The quality of the product is 5 stars unfortunately my order was lost in shipping and it took a lot of follow up on my part to resolve. There was not a telephone number that I could find to resolve in realtime I had to email back and forth.

Quality of products are excellent. Very durable. Instructions are not easy to follow but company assistance is very good. Both products came with missing pieces and company was contacted and are supposed to be sending missing pieces. Communication pretty good but we have not received the missing pieces over a week later.
