they had shipped my order of catheters…
they had shipped my order of catheters for the quarter and while they were in route my urologist had changed the type of catheter i should use. they gladly took back the old catheter and sent my shipment of the new catheter.

Cynthia is a most caring professional
Cynthia is a most caring professional. Always attentive to my the patient's needs. She strives to deliver confidence that all will be taken care. Everything she promises, happens. I have never been out of catheters. She sends me extra supplies before I run out. Makes sure I have enough. Her calm reassurance instills confidence that this company puts the needs of the patient first.

They do what they say they are going to…
They do what they say they are going to do. After dealing with other providers, that is a huge compliment. Also I like that they work with you. When you depend on a product after four years never let me down.
