I have been involved in healthcare since 1976, assigned to every role from nurse’s aide, RN, Assistant VP for nursing, & eventually to CEO of a multi- hospital & clinic system that included 1100 inpatient beds & 28 offsite clinics. Patient Care Medical is 5 star a for me!!!They call me about product needs in advance of shipping date , as to NEVER run out. Every call has been curtious and handled with professional plus a pleasant, personable staff member. I continually feel important as a customer , never rushing me thru the conversation, always providing an answer if needed, and verifying product order details carfully. The shipment has never been incorrect or late. I have used other companies and always had a problem with late deliveries or incorrect product, sometimes not receiving a call to ship, or I was always calling them for product. PCM takes the uncomfortable heath issue away for me with great customer service and the caring staff!! Thank you!!
