Personllay speaking, what I get most from Pathrise are able to get more leads and know how to answer behavior questions. Before I join Pathrise, It is very hard for me to get interview opportunities. After revising my resume, exploring multiple ways to find opportunies. I can get about 2 opportunities per week on average and I don't fail at behavior interview anymore. Last but not least, you can always find your advisor when you need help. I would recommend Pathrise to everyone who struggles with getting interview opportunities, don't know how to answer behavior/technical questions, or need someone mock interview with you. If you don't find any difficulties in those aspects, then you probably can land the job by yourself. You should definitely try job searching by yourself first, then you know what is your weakness, so you can utilize Pathrise better.

Before graduating I got maybe 2 calls and that too a reject in HR round.I was persistent, asking others help but nothing was working. Out of the blue, I get a call from Pathrise and accepted it to see where it leads me to. After a week of Resume editing, I got calls from google, apple, Amazon in a span of two months which surprised me. I always felt I was incapable after so many rejections but the support, technical sessions transformed me and instilled confidence in myself which to me is the first step to land a great job. Finally, after 4 1/2 months of continuous interviews, I landed an offer with a 110K+ package with a boost of 20k+ during salary negotiation because of them. I have no words to thank them . I recommend anyone who wants to boost their profile to try Pathrise, it's anyways free before a job and you can leave in 2 weeks if you don't like it.

Pathrise was a godsend for me at times of almost no hope. Kevin, Derrick and Brian were amazing at boosting not just your technical skills but prepares you to get over any mental barriers that you face during the job search. My special thanks to Brian for being there for 3 days straight up during the final stages of my job offer negotiation and making sure what I deserve. These are not seasoned consulting firm guys that makeup promises but just a bunch of young techies like us that are trying to address a unique but not often touched problem.

I recommend Pathrise strongly to new grads or anybody who want to make a career move to Software Engineering. The advisors helped me a lot in landing my first position. The personalized sessions they gave is just one of the things I loved about the program. My mentor gave me really good feedback and advice throughout the job-seeking process.

Great concept and execution. Absolutely worth the cost as they concretely help you advance your career.

Pathrise provides a little bit of certainity to an otherwise very uncertain and lonely journey towards finding a full-time job. I highly recommend the technical grooming sessions.

Helped me get a great job that I wanted. Provided everything that was necessary to get it: plans, feedback, emotional support. I took a star off because, well, Pathrise is a pretty new startup and there was some structural friction. Some threads of plans were dropped suddenly or experimentally.
