I started with Pathrise after trying another job search support company because I'm switching career lanes from non-profit and needed additional support as I wasn't getting traction after 2 months of job searching/applying. Pathrise was leagues ahead of the other company I tried. They were so professional, human, authentic, supportive, and made this process so much less painful. It was amazing to have coaches along the way to support my professional development, preparation for interviews, and in general, cheered me along and helped me keep momentum. In less than 2 months I found a great role through Pathrise and I know I couldn't have done this without their expertise, guidance, and support. Forever grateful and still cannot believe I found a role I'm excited about with a competitive salary, even when changing fields!

Joined them about three months ago just after I got laid off from my previous job. I've never found a company who could improve interview skills so fast as this one. They are also very skilled at optimizing your resume. After my resume was redone, I was getting two interviews out of every ten applications I sent. And just last week, I ended up getting a job that paid DOUBLE of what I was making before just doing the same exact thing. And on top of that, having it all achieved within a pandemic and a recession. I cannot recommend them enough.

Pathrise is a great program for students getting out of college with not much engineering experience to find a great job. I graduated from college with a computer science degree and with zero industry experience (no internships or work experience). I learned so much about the interview process that I'd had never known before. They help with the technical aspect as well as behavioral. As a result, I got interviews with top companies such as Amazon, IBM, Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter, Tik-Tok, and 25 other companies all with zero referrals. I did have one of the best advisors which could have also played a major role. In end, Pathrise was able to get me a job at a top start-up within 11 months even with the whole pandemic going on. Pros: 1. Access to plenty of resources and mentors who previously worked/currently work at top companies such as Facebook. 2. Advisors with plenty of industry experience 3. Workshops to help fine-tune behavioral/technical skills 4.Community support 5.Program is free if the job is not found with 12 months. Cons: 1. The 9% charge of your first yearly salary (pre-tax) is a bit high but much cheaper than other programs. 2. Advisors sometimes show up a little late to meetings (1min - 2 min) due to many other advisees meetings (small issue) 3. Workshops are at night if you are on the East Coast Advice: 1. Have resume ready to be proofread 2. Have projects that reflect the skills for the specific job you are looking for. 3. Have a basic understanding of Data structure and Algorithms. Overall: The program is well worth it! The program does help negotiate an average of 10k extra on a salary which basically helps pay for the program. The experience is great, and the advice and learning aspect is priceless.

They don't find the job for you. But then teach you how to find a job. If you don't want to do anything then don't choose them. But if you are hardworking and follow their steps, I'm sure you can learn a lot.

Pathrise helps me to find a job. The career mentor helped me a lot in terms of what is expecting in behavior questions and how to prepare for them. All the job hunting-related courses are well-organized and informative. I really like the Q&A sessions and the fellows helped each other to share job events and finding job tools.
