I've been a customer for nearly a year and have placed dozens of orders. The quality of the patches you produce is first rate. It really is an excellent product. That said, the communication between the sales team, artists and customer needs some work. There have been times when I have submitted designs for proofs and weeks have passed before I hear anything. In addition, I have asked for specific patches to be ordered and haven's even received a reply stating that my request has been received and acknowledged. My logo has gray letters, the mock-up closely matched the colors of the .pdf. Sadly, the letters on the patch are close to white. Makes the details of the letters on the patch indecipherable. Therefore, unusable. Replacement was refused. Otherwise, nice quality material and craftsmanship.
