Our school has used Passports for over a decade. We have never seen a reason to change. They have wonderful tour guides. They are always very accommodating.

What an amazing group of people! They have gone out of their way to make sure my travel group has an exceptional experience time and again. I can't say enough good things about how hard they work to help us. The latest example was when our flight home was cancelled. The team worked all day, on a Sunday, to reroute flights and get us back ASAP.

I have traveled with this company for many years and have never been disappointed. From start to finish, they have helped me take students to France and Spain (always a great experience) .. We have stayed in centrally located hotels and the food has always been good. They like to have us try all different restaurants, and this is a great way to sample the cultural delights. They work hard to keep the trips affordable and offer a high quality program.

I have been taking educational groups abroad since 2001. Each year I have used another large educational travel company. I made a switch to Passports this year because I was disappointed with the former group's food selection, and hotels located outside of the city limits, and because we were combined with other school groups that were not a match for my groups which resulted in a group of 50 all crowded into one bus. This switch to Passports has proved to be a fantastic decision. At Passports I feel like I am working with a caring team of people who feel like family and look out for the best interest of my group and giving us a superior travel experience. This year I took a group of 30 middle school students, parents, sometimes whole families, and some grandparents. Our experience was excellent in every respect; the tour director, the flight routing, beautiful hotels in the city centers, excellent restaurants with meals that showcased the local cuisine, and very nice coach transportation with caring and safe drivers. To a person, everyone on in our group was thrilled with our trip. If you are wondering if you should choose Passports for your travel company, I would recommend them without hesitation. I could not be more pleased!

Hotels in London and Paris were clean, up-to-date, and, most importantly, centrally located in the very hearts of both cities. Flight arrangements were first rate with only a single connection both directions. Food was great, sampling the local cuisine in a different restaurant each evening. Hotel breakfasts were both tasty and ample. All arrangements were accurate and led by the best couriers & guides possible. The staff at Passports is second to none and work with you professionally to guarantee a safe, interesting, and enjoyable tour. I can't recommend Passports enough for student travel.

As always, Passports is a reliable, affordable and very conscientious student tour company. I wouldn't travel with any other company!

This trip had a lot of details that needed to be taken into consideration. The Passports staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs. Some of the preparation steps seemed a little more complicated than necessary, but that may have been due to the custom demands of our trip. The in-country tour directors and guides were amazing. The hotels and restaurants were all clean, high quality, and centrally located. My students and chaperones all had an amazing experience, and I would use Passports again.

Update...they not only refunded the cancellation fee (because no deposits had been made by Passports) but they also changed their cancellation policy and fees....which is now more than reasonable. I appreciate the fact that they worked with me as well as heard my grievance and were willing to change. That’s why I’m updating my review and changing it to 5 stars. My son was going on a European trip with school after graduation...not a cheap trip. They canceled the trip after I paid over half (low enrollment). They returned my money except over $200 as a cancellation fee.
