We have used Passports Travel multiple times. The responses to questions and concerns is immediate, the employees kind and professional. Using several companies prior to finding Passports, I can compare; the end result is better hotels, ample and tasty local cuisine, the best guides we have ever encountered, and flexibility. Overall, I cannot praise Passports Travel enough, cannot find words to give the amazing accolades they deserve.

Passports Travel company has been so helpful and accommodating during the COVID19 pandemic. We had a large school trip planned to visit Switzerland and Northern Italy in June/July 2020 and as soon as the outbreak occurred in northern Italy, Passports contacted me to see if I wanted to cancel, change the itinerary or delay the trip until next year. We chose the later option and are so excited to go! I brought a school group to travel with Passports in Sicily in 2018 and it was 5 stars all the way, from the organization to the accommodations, food, tours, transportation and personal touches! My husband and I traveled again with Passports in 2019 and couldn't be more delighted with them! It's a shame that COVID19 has interrupted (and taken) so many lives. However, if you are considering traveling in the future, rest assured that Passports Travel will take care of you and your group should there be a re-occurrence of this or any other misfortune that could require you to think about canceling or changing your trip. Thank you, Passports! You made a challenging situation into an easy transition for my entire group!

Passports is an excellent travel company. I have used them for travel with students to Europe several times. Because they are a smaller company, they are very easy to work with and resolve issues. I have tried other companies and learned that Passports was the only company to work with to have a great trip with my students.

I have been traveling with students with other companies for the past 20 years. I made the switch to Passports this year and am so happy I did! From working on our schedule to answering my millions of questions, Passports has been supportive, timely and professional. Our trip has been postponed due to the coronavirus and I'm confident that another tour company would not have handled it the way Passports did. I was in touch with the president of the company problem solving our way through this. The company's core values are apparent. This is not about money, this is about giving my students the best tour possible while keeping us all safe. I am a huge fan of Passports and will only use them for future student travel.

Passports gets it. As a high school theatre teacher, they understood my hours are crazy. They went above and beyond to work with me via phone, email and text in spite of the time differences and at hours that actually did work for me personally. They also allowed me to really utilize my chaperones to step in and help work with the company when I was too swamped directing so that our planning and parent communication didn't fall behind. Because our trip was industry based, Paul (our rep) worked with me to gather what specific adventures the kids and I were looking to have. We worked on identifying experiences, tailored to my students interests, even allowing us to make special requests in destinations and activities. Paul was great at helping me understand how to pick a price point and variety of activities so that the trip would met the needs of students, parents and be super enriching for the attendees. All of the materials, handouts, presentations and preparation for the trip was provided. My responsibility was to tell Passports what we wanted, insure the agenda was accurate and get families excited for the roll out meeting. I expect a small trip my first time out- the interest was three times what I expected. As we went ahead, literally, my only "to do" was to keep on top of communicating with the kids (making sure they had travel ID) and checking our group page online (checking rooming assignments, etc) and everything that actually needed to be done- was by Tara and the amazing Passports Team. They did it all, and I just needed to make sure we were ready to hop on a plane. Here's where Passports went a step above. Our trip was scheduled for 2 weeks after the national stay at home order for coronavirus. Passports worked with me to revamp our trip three times, as each government directive changed. They made sure I felt safe and that my students and families were protected. We were terrified, wondering what would happen financially to the company, to the funds we had paid for our trip. How stringent would they be on insurance policies? What about students who graduate and can't go next year? Dale and her staff took care of each and every one of my students and chaperones. I highly recommend working with Passports to plan student field trips.

Passports has always taken very good care of my student travelers and myself. They provide safe and very nice lodging, great restaurants with great food, and amazing tour guides.

We have used Passports Travel for 4 school trips. They have been outstanding. When issues have come up they have gone above and beyond to help us. Two years ago the night before we were set to travel one of our students realized her passport was in her safety deposit box at the bank. We called Passports Travel at 9:00 at night to see what our options were. We knew she may not get it in time to make the early morning flight. As we waited at the airport Dale, Hilary and the Passports staff were already working on a plan to get her on a different flight. They were able to get her and a chaperone booked on a later flight and arrange for ground transportation when they arrived in Costa Rica. They arrived in time to participate in our first service activity. This year we had to cancel our trip due to the pandemic. We reached out to them to see what our options were and they were more than accommodating. Allowing us to defer our trip to next year and refunding our seniors that would not be able to go. We will be able to open up registration again to fill the seats the seniors would have had. I would highly recommend Passports Travel to any school or organization looking to do any type of group trip. I would not book with anyone else.

Wow, Scotland Castles, Highlands and Lowlands was amazing!!! From Kris's keen organization which made the lead up easy and effortless, to Georgina's masterful tour and adaptability during the coronavirus scare, Passports is top notch and everything was handled for us. We were always updated, educated and felt part of the local culture along the way. Starting with a ghost tour (and even an extra castle or two added in), Passports kept finding ways to give us more than we expected. Pack your bags because this is something everyone should experience!
