Passports TravelReviews of passports.com

From the planning stage to the return home, Passports is looking out for you. Our group was large, 80 participants, 69 of them were high school girls. The tour was jam packed with amazing sights and activities, our guides were skilled and personable and every detail was handled with ease. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They truly care about their clients and it is evident that they are invested in their craft.

Passports is an amazing company that caters to the needs of individual groups! I have traveled multiple times with various companies with student and adult groups. BY FAR I have found that passports surpasses all expectations! The personal service before, during and after the trip are exceptional! I feel like I have my own person travel company that is willing to accommodate my group’s travel needs. I have found that there is NO OTHER travel company that offers the expertise, reliability, peace of mind and personal attention that passports does! I highly recommend passports and hope to travel with them again!

Passports treats you like you are a member of the family. They take great care with every detail. I love working with them, designing and implementing tours. I will only work with the amazing staff at this company. They are the best!!!

Very helpful staff. Great company to use to organize your school trips. Best locations as far as hotel. They have the best Tour guides

I have taken 4 groups of students on La Belle France passports trip. The guides, the hotels, the restaurants, all are top quality. As a French teacher who lived for 9 years in France, I have always been impressed with the balance of professionalism and fun that Passports Travel strives to maintain.

Our experience with Passports has been a textbook lesson in the value of customer service. In the past my group and I had worked with another educational travel company and we were "fine". Once the pandemic hit, the previous company's priority of its bottom line over their care for students was apparent. We had students and families who were unable to continue on our trip because of COVID and this previous company had very little sympathy, taking hundreds of dollars out of high schoolers' pockets. Out of a bit of desperation on our part, we reached out to multiple other companies and Passports was the ONLY one willing to work with us and accommodated us in every way. In fact, when we returned from our successful trip with Passports, my most frequent answer to people who were curious about our trip was: "This was the trip that had the most possible things that could have gone wrong, and it ended up being the smoothest and most enjoyable trip we've ever had." I'm confident that this only was possible through the relentless and tireless efforts of many of the staff at Passports including Dale and David. Their efforts have ensured that not only will they continue to receive my business, but that many of my future student travelers will have an excellent experience.

We finally were able to go to Europe with our group of 47. This is after we dropped EF due the way they handled the Covid cancelations and stole money from our travelers. Passports give us a terrific experience. I am sorry we did not change earlier.

Our experience with Passports was excellent. We chose Passports so that we would stay in centrally-located hotels, have great meals, and have our travel time between cities minimized. Our travel guide Matteo was excellent! He was knowledgeable, organized, kind, and patient. We had to defer our trip a year due to the pandemic, and Passports was very accommodating and communicative during this process. I would highly recommend Passports to teachers, students, and parents.
