Passports did an excellent job organizing activities, offered great services, and arranged great hotels and restaurants which were all located near the city centers of the cities we visited (Paris, Florence, and Rome). Our tour guide was excellent! I highly recommend Passports!

Our tour guide made the tour fun and was very flexible and always willing to help and please students. The logistics, hotels, and foods were also very well organized and good. The only downfall would be tour guide at Versailles talked way too much and for too long which made it boring and really hard to follow. I love this palace and was a little frustrated that kids didn't get to explore the garden in the train and were exhausted from standing and listening inside the castle for almost two hours. Other than that, trip was absolutely great!

I had the most positive and helpful experience with Passports Travel. My son was scheduled to go on a school trip to Europe and he was unable to leave with the group. I called Passports for advice and spoke to Tara, an agent for Passports. Tara went above and beyond to help me and my son. Honestly, I would not have been able to make it possible for my son to join his school without the extraordinary care, concern and patience of Tara and the members of Passports. As a parent, I feel that it is obvious that the company’s priority is your child and his travel experience. Tara singlehandedly saved my son’s trip.

From beginning to end, Passports was there to help. I did my research and decided on Passports because their local guides and centrally located hotels. We walked a lot and took in the culture. Everything was as expected and absolutely perfect. The only hiccups were ones that we created...a security issue at the airport caused me, the group leader, to have to call the Passports emergency number. She answered right away and guided me, telling me what I had to do. She was so helpful and put me at ease. This was my first tour, and I fell so smart choosing Passports! As long as I am the group leader, I will never use another company!

Passports offers an exceptional tour experience from beginning to end. Customer service during the planning and recruitment phases of the trip were timely, helpful, and professional. The sales directors and other coordinators bent over backwards to accommodate special requests and make everything customized to our curriculum. Billing and participant communication was smooth and questions about trip logistics were answered thoroughly and quickly. The trip itself was an amazing experience. Everything went smoothly. Hotels were comfortable and convenient. Meals were tasty. Tour guides were informative, courteous, and interesting. Our tour director was very well organized and kept us to our itinerary but was still flexible and made things very fun for everyone. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and caring and his enthusiasm for what we were seeing was infectious. I look forward to working with Passports again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

When another company told us they could no longer accommodate our small group of 7 on one of their tours to Spain after a year an a half of planning with them and participants already having paid in full, I contacted Passports and immediately received an email from them. Passports organized a tour for my group to Madrid and Barcelona as we had planned. The tour was perfect, the hotels and meals were top notch, and our tour guide and local guide were fantastic. I would highly recommend Passports to any teacher that plans to take students on a tour.

This was the first ever experience I have had with student travel, but from what others have told me, this company is on point. We traded from another competing company after we had an awful time getting student money back once COVID shut everything down. I honestly thought we were just a number among thousands, but once I met these people at the teacher training, I realized this company is something special. I remember meeting David the first day and it took me a while to realize he wasn´t another teacher, but the owner of the company! He knew all about my tour and although we weren´t going to Europe, he meets darn near every single tour that goes on in Europe during the spring and summer! My niece went on a tour with a competing company and must have told me a million times how awful the food was, but I can tell you the food was nothing but top notch during our entire tour! We had desserts and appetizers and honestly everything was so good! I even brought home the menu they made for our group with dinner selections because it had my name on it! Our tour director was awesome! The first day she asserted her dominance as the boss of the tour in the most professional way possible and after that the kids were always on point with her. We have only been back 2 days, but each day the kids tell me how much they miss Karla. As the lead for the tour, she was indispensable with her knowledge and helpfulness. This company has exceeded my expectations in everyway possible. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending them to anyone.
