I really can not say enough positive things about Passports. I have traveled with two other tour companies and Passports literally blows the competition away. The hotels are centrally located and amazing, the meals are authentic, plentiful and delicious and the Tour Directors are really knowledgeable and so friendly and engaging. But, the place where Passports really, really shines is in their customer service. From start to finish, Passports goes above and beyond to create and deliver a superior tour experience every time. Passports staff are super responsive to all of my questions and needs and really go the extra mile to ensure that my tour is crafted and executed exactly as I envision it. It is extremely important to me that I deliver a really high quality tour to my travelers and I have the sense that it is equally important to Passports. They truly do see Group Leaders as their travel partners and they do everything they can to ensure that the partnership is a really positive one. If you are considering giving Passports a try, do it! You will be grateful you did!

I've traveled with other tour companies many times before, and I honestly expected Passports to offer the same experience as the others. I was wrong. Passports blew me away! I went to Madrid with them and our hotel was ON Gran Via--not close, not a few blocks away, on the main street itself. We walked everywhere and there was so much to do and see right in that area. Compare this to my last tour with the biggest company in student travel, where our hotels were 1-1.5 hours out of the city and were so isolated, there was nothing around. The food: amazing. Actually authentic meals that were plentiful, diverse, and delicious. Overall, though, my biggest praise goes to the company and their staff. I have been so pleasantly surprised when working with their staff. They have been kind, genuine, easy to reach, and quick to help. I cannot recommend Passports more!

Passports Educational Travel is a company with integrity and heart. They are the best educational travel company with whom I've traveled in the last 25 years. Passports is attentive to their clients and seeks to offer the best educational experiences in comfortable, accommodating settings. I have just completed a 5th trip with Passports, and every trip consistently offers the following: professional and supportive office staff, comfortable hotels in central locations, delicious and plentiful meals, expert tour guides, energetic and reliable tour directors, realistic itineraries.... The previous list is far from complete. I encourage teachers to contact Passports when planning their next trip to experience firsthand how impressive Passports is.

We traveled with Passports for the first time in November of 2023. We took over 90 Middle Schoolers and their parents to France and to Spain and it was absolutely wonderful! We loved working with Passports on this experience for our students and we found that Passports far exceeded the competition in every aspect. The hotels were phenomenal and very centrally located, the restaurants were authentic and quaint and the fact that they could accomodate over 90 people in one restaurant--and an excellent one at that--was simply incredible. We did an amazing river boat cruise on the Seine and a lovely cooking class in Barcelona that was a huge hit! Whenever we had issues or questions, Passports was super willing to help! We had our share of snafus and at every angle, Passports was there to help us. I feel like part of the Passports family and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to any teacher looking to take a group of students and/or parents abroad. I will 100% be traveling with Passports again!

Traveling with Passports is always easy and fun. Everything is very well planned and very detailed! The hotel is centrally located, so that makes free time and evenings so much easier to plan! For example, if I saw something fun, like a gelato stand, during the day on a walking tour, and can find it again that evening and indulge.

I was invited to attend a Passports conference for teachers in Madrid. The Passports team is well organized and makes travel easy and fun. They always provide informed and professional tour guides who also happen to be enjoyable. I recommend Passports for their quality, friendliness, availability, and accessibility. Planning student travel as a teacher could not be more easy than this. The Passports staff are readily available for questions and information. You can tell they have a passion for their jobs.
