We went on a preview/training trip for teachers. It was well run, organized and informative. There were obviously a group of teachers that have a long relationship with Passports and that speaks volumes about the company. The entire Passport Team is available, approachable, friendly and professional. The food arranged for us was top quality and amazing. Tours were fantastic and it was "core memory" for us. I made so many friends for life and I cannot wait to go on another one. I am impressed.

We liked the hotel; it was charming and rustic. The food at the hotel was good and very reasonably priced. (The beds were hard.) The location was convenient: you could get downtown with a 20-25 min walk. The walking tour was informative; we got good tips from the guide. I liked having free time to go back and explore St Stephen’s Cathedral on our own. We absolutely loved the Christmas market at the Cathedral; we bought several souvenirs, and sampled a few hot beverages in the ceramic boot mugs. My favorite thing was actually touring the Catacombs at the Cathedral. The first day reception was nice; we appreciated the hats and open bar; but the h’oeuvres were quite underwhelming. Luckily, the hotel restaurant was right there and has great food. In Bratislava we absolutely loved the dessert cafe that was recommended by the guide. Best choice ever to go there! Even the bathroom downstairs was amazing; with beautiful murals on the walls, another charming room for seating (closed, but you could see it, and it looked cozy and like you stepped back in time. The restrooms had old-fashioned chain pull toilets that were painted with a floral pattern. I can’t speak to the buffet dinner as we skipped it to attend mass. The last day dinner was good, but we could have done without the “show.” That wasn’t really our speed. We would have been happier with no show at all, or maybe something different; more traditional from the culture, perhaps. Both the Passports guides were fantastic (in the busses.) Their explanations were very informative and interesting. I enjoyed listening to them. Alex was also funny. I love how he read a book about the hotel and then was able to tell us lots of interesting things about the history of the hotel. I also really appreciated his story about when he was a pizza delivery guy. That is something I won’t forget; and that he speaks 5 languages is amazing. The Passport staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were all quick to help us, and get back to us with any information that we needed. I’m so glad we decided to go a day early, that was such a great decision. It allowed ua to explore the city on our own, and gave us an extra day to overcome the jet lag. Hilary also provided contact information for us to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel. That was very helpful and much appreciated! Overall we had a lovely trip; I would be happy to go back to Vienna again sometime. I would be happy traveling with Passports again.

I really loved how organized the trip and conference were, and the fact that we stayed in a hotel that was so central in Vienna. It made it fun and easy to explore. The staff was very friendly, engaging, and clearly enthusiastic about working with Passports.

Passports Travel goes above and beyond to make every travel experience a delight for both the teachers and students involved. Accommodations are top-notch, as are all dinners provided. The tours are flexible and designed to meet the needs and wishes of each individual tour group. Our school district has used Passports Travel for seven years, and we have never had a negative experience. We look forward to many more years together.

This trip was wonderful. It was well-planned and demonstrated the company's commitment to educational travel, safety, prime accommodations, and outstanding experiences. I cannot wait to travel again with Passports.

can't recommend Passports enough! Our experience has been absolutely stellar, and a huge part of that has been thanks to our tour advisor, Michael. From the very start, he has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfectly arranged. Having used another company in the past, I can honestly say that the level of customer service and attention to detail with Passports is second to none. The peace of mind Michael has provided has been invaluable—I no longer have to stress about the logistics and can truly relax and enjoy leading the tour. The entire process has been seamless, and I’m so grateful we made the switch. If you're looking for a travel company that delivers exceptional service, Passports is the way to go!

With Passports, we had such a wonderful experience. Our hotels were nice, our tour guide was fantastic and stayed with us the whole time, and the meals were choices that we would make all over again. We didn't feel confined to inexpensive or touristy places; we had the best food and private transport for the tours. 10/10 recommend!

I have traveled with many different educational touring companies and Passports is the ONLY company for me. From start to finish, you get a five star experience. The hotels are right in the heart of the cities you are paying to see--which equals so much time on tour. In Madrid, we stayed at the Regente--it's on Gran Via between Callao and Gran Via metro stops. There's no better location! From start to finish, Passports delivers an incredible experience. I'm so glad I gave Passports a try!!
