Pass PerfectReviews of passperfect.com

The study materials and the practice finals were great in preparing me to take and pass the series 24. Personally the best decision I made was to sign up for the review session that Peter facilitated. Peter really knows his stuff and goes out of his way to assist everyone in learning the material and answering all of our questions. Once I finished all 12 finals I reached out to Peter and he reset them for me so I could continue practicing. I have used Pass Perfect for every series exam I have taken and I have passed each one on the first attempt. Next stop for me is the series 9/10!

The Pass Perfect materials were spot on when it came to be prepared for the Series 24 exam. Peter was also an excellent instructor and I appreciated all of his tips to remembering the content.

Excellent coverage of all topics. Practice questions were relevant and similar to test questions. Great test prep.

I passed the 7 and 66 on my first attempt. The course was challenging and all of the information was relevant. Thank you!

The material was amazing! Absolute great value for what you receive. The responses from the instructors are timely and extremely knowledgeable! Pass Perfect was the reason I passed my exam!

TL;DR: Awesome study materials and classes; customer service is sorely lacking. I’ve had great experiences with Pass Perfect in the past. I used their materials to pass the Series 6, 7 & 66. This time around I purchased the materials to prepare me for the Series 9 & 10–which I believe is going to help me pass both exams. However, my issue with Pass Perfect isn’t the product, it’s the service. They do not offer weekend hours for customer service and I purchased my package on a Saturday so I was willing to wait until the following Monday to receive a link to my books so I could immediately begin studying. So I called customer service and was informed that Pass Perfect does not provide e-books for the 9/10 but that my books would be shipped that day and I should receive them within 2 business days (I paid for the 2 day delivery cia UPS). By Thursday I still hadn’t received the books, so I called again asking if they could be re-sent overnight and was told that they could not do that but could provide me the e-books and refund the shipping charges. Of course I complained because upon my original call to their customer service, I was told the e-books didn’t exist. So I requested the e-books, and the refund of my shipping charges and was told that I would receive an email stating that the refund would be returned. I waited about 4 days and the email never came. So again I called, which is when I finally received the email and my refund of the nearly $28 I spent on shipping for my purchase well over a week prior. All this to say, with as much money as this company charges for their products and services they could at least use their profits to improve their customer service. This experience left me sorely disappointed in Pass Perfect.

My problem has not been fixed.

Really great and detailed materials. Easy user interface and great preparation.
