I wish I could give zero stars. Where do I even begin on the monstrosity that is PassPerfect. Extensive reading with no videos. Good luck learning advanced options by reading a few pages of a textbook. Hands down the worst part about PassPerfect is the Check Your Understanding, Chapter Test, Mastery and Practice Exam questions. They are deliberately designed to trick you which will leave you feeling discouraged on topics you understand perfectly well (confidence is huge for the Seven)! The PassPerfect wording is NOTHING and I mean NOTHING like the FINRA exam. For reasons I cannot fathom, my firm provides PassPerfect. We used to use Kaplan until a few years ago, which I missed out on. Without going into too much detail, Kaplan is the reason I passed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON PASSPERFECT

I absolutely despise Pass Perfect. The material and questions are combined with contradictions and numerous typos, leading to confusion and discouragement. They inquire too much SERIES 7 material for the SIE. If I could completely avoid it I WOULD AT ALL COSTS, unfortunately for me my firm is forcing me to use it. Whoever thought it was a good idea to create such a notoriously terrible, difficult, prep platform needs serious, serious help. My god I hate this so bad. Goodluck to those out there having to use it.

Exams aren't even close to what passperfect teaches. Idk how people pass with just using passperfect tbh

I've studied for the SAT, ACT, LSAT, NCLEX, and now the Series 65. I've used Kaplan, Princeton, and many others for test prep. The Pass Perfect Series 65 material is by far the worst test prep material I've used. It is bone dry, poorly organized, and rife with errors. But that's not the worst of the experience. I asked for a refund from PassPerfect, and was denied. Fine. They have a refund guarantee if you fail the Series 65. "It's that simple," they say. I failed the Series 65. Denied again. Denied six times. There are many, many good Series 65, 66, 7, etc. test prep firms out there. PassPerfect/Cerifi is not one of them.

Pass Perfect study materials were atrocious for the series 27. Study questions do not align with actual exam questions. I did great on the Pass Perfect practice questions but during the actual exam I thought I may have shown up for the wrong test - that’s how out of line the Pass Perfect materials were with the actual exam. I purchased the STC study materials and passed after failing following my Pass Perfect experience. Do not waste your time with the Pass Perfect materials.

Another study provider was used last year for my FINRA CE/Continuing Education, but I qualified for a small discount, and I signed up with Pass Perfect for the required 12 hours of CE for Series 65. It was an atrocious experience. The website seems really dry to me. A 70% passing score is required to proceed; no problem with that. Every topic included had the same amount of study material, but some topics had a 10-question exam and others had a 15-question exam. It is completely nonsensical. Ten paragraphs were included in some of the questions... "If you had a dream about..." if anything, it was a nightmare. It was similar to getting a root canal at the dentist. My colleague, who used a different study provider, completed his CE around three times faster than I did. Yes, FINRA wants us to be informed about laws and regulations, but Pass Perfect goes above and beyond by making the CE more challenging than the actual FINRA Series 65 exam and by making it harder than other study providers.

Their information is horrendous!

After having attebded GearUp live conferences many years since 2004, I am extremely disappointed in what is happening to what use to be a reliable GearUp team. My opinion, Thomson Reuters should not have ever gotten Cerifi involved in the GearUp or any other live conferences because of the poor Gen X customer "no service." I have encountered combative behavior, uninformed incompetent Cerifi Reps, and just plain old disorganized approach. They take a lot of days off and this alone comes across as not being proactive in terms of customer service. They can never seem to answer a question without putting me on hold. Good Luck TR! Guess I will be keeping my $1,400+ in my pocket going forward. Isn't worth the trouble anymore since the pandemic. I would rather do self study since is clear they don't care anymore and don't seem to need my hard earned money.
