Not recommend ! Dec 8 2023 I ordered until now I don't have it I pay already after a week my account is gone i call them and sent a mail but still not resolving my problem how ridiculous it is! just give me my money back that's all I want it now!

Not recommended! I used this app since 2021 with no problem until December when they identified my address as not valid. And after a few email exchanges, they closed my account after 5 hours after my answer. Still don't know why they considered my address not valid when I had almost 2 years with this account. Hard to trust your money on this app!

The passbook app is a lousy totally worthless account I would not recommend anybody to get this checking and/or savings account. I am a disabled person in the treatment I received was totally worthless I was not treated with respect or dignity and would not give a good rating or even getting one star from me is a stretch. I’ve never been treated as badly as I was treated with this bank, I attempted to deposit a check from Discover Bank services Or $10 and one cent and they refused to accept a check from Discover services. I know I should not be as upset as I am but I feel like I’ve been lied to, misled, I am on a fixed income and make only $100 each month after all my bills are paid so I was not able to even utilize their services for any significant purposes. You may contact me at my cell number if you would like to talk to me personally about the lousy experience that I had at Passbook. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH PASSBOOK, When they tell you they won’t do something for you they won’t even give you the reasons why it’s total disrespect and worthless in the long run to even utilize their services.

The best customer support ever In a bank, fast and helpful. Even their services were good I highly recommend this

Surprisingly, Passbook has been awesome. I haven't had any problems whatsoever using the account. Customer service has been great. They answer really quickly and address any issues with speed and professionalism. The only issue that I have had in over a year is an issue with the phone app and it was resolved with a 2 minute call to customer service. I highly recommend.

Stay away!!! Found this and thought it would be great , everything went fine when registering and ordering a card. Then I transferred money to the account , and it took a couple of days. Then , out of the blue I receive an email that they have decided to close my account. There is no explanation to why , and now they have my money hostage. When I asked why , I get this: "After thorough deliberation, we have deactivated your Passbook account. While we are unable to provide specifics surrounding the reason, please understand the decision to close your account is final and any additional accounts created will also be closed." This is the biggest fraud and BS I have experienced , so stay clear!!!!!

I had passbook for almost a year....4 Days ago The atm misfired. I got no money and money has been deducted...So far it's been impossible to get help...3 emails. I called them....After being on the phone for 30 minutes they said they had to transfer me. When they transferred me I could hear talking but nothing happened like to just left the phone hang until I would get upset and hang up....There is no web chat....No one has returned my email.....What kind of service is that...They start great when calling...They tell you who will take your call.....Maria will be with you shortly....But that's where my praise ends.

They confiscate your funds, beware... This pseudo bank encourages you to create a direct deposit of your salary, then they close down your account without any explanation and keep your funds. These scammers send an "imaginary" check that never arrives and do not provide a tracking number for it.
