I had passbook for almost a year....4 Days ago The atm misfired. I got no money and money has been deducted...So far it's been impossible to get help...3 emails. I called them....After being on the phone for 30 minutes they said they had to transfer me. When they transferred me I could hear talking but nothing happened like to just left the phone hang until I would get upset and hang up....There is no web chat....No one has returned my email.....What kind of service is that...They start great when calling...They tell you who will take your call.....Maria will be with you shortly....But that's where my praise ends.
