The PASS program was an excellent prep course. I completed the program in preparation for Step 1, Step 2 CK and Step 2 CS. With Dr. Francis and his team's help, I succeeded in all these exams. The Step 2 CS program was amazing. I did the 3-day program about one week before my exam with Dr. Chacko and the results speak for themselves. Further, I gained so many fundamental concepts that have been ingrained by Dr. Francis that allowed me to build and apply in real life clinical situations. He taught me that medicine is not rote memorization. It's about understanding concepts and ideas to build upon. Only in a strong and deep foundation can skyscrapers rise. I am exceedingly thankful for Dr. Francis as he helped me tremendously to succeed during my medical school career and procure the residency program of my choice. I highly recommend the PASS program to medical students who are open minded to truly learn and succeed in helping others.

Most of us from the Caribbean Medical Schools teally went to Med School at the PASS Program. No one taught us conceptual physio and Biochem, what, where, why, when how these scientific fields are to Medicine. We were taught facts, and were somehow to miraculously connect the dots as to cause and effect. At the PASS Program we learned how to understand, organize our information conceptually, and then apply our conceptual understanding of normal, then recognize and treat the abnormal. We are taught the top 3 most common causative factors, because that is what we, as physicians are going to see the most often. Our test-taking skills are revised, refined, and honed to recognize the type of test question and how to discern the answer from our conceptual knowledge base. No where on this Earth is the a better learning environment. Dr. Francis demonstrably and unequivocally respects every one, student and non-student. Every question is answered in an open and affirming manner. The tutors are great, and helpful. I recommend the PASS program for every PreMedical Student, Medical Student, Resident. Had I taken the Premed course, my Medical School experience would have been exponentially better, and wonderful! I recommend you come, learn more than just the facts! Become an amazing physician. No need to guess, anymore!

PASS Program has been an immense help from the start. Even when Coronavirus and the quarantines took hold, Dr. Francis his team and Pass tutors, were all very supportive as classes and sessions were moved online. Nothing says more about a program’s level of dedication as that exemplified through a public health crisis like this. I have found the course to be very helpful in strengthening my Physio, Path, Pharm and Endo. There were things which I didn’t grasp in my first two years at UC Davis. However, at Pass—I was able to master concepts that previously had been brushed over and just as importantly, learn how to organize material for efficient use with questions on STEP. Overall, the amazing course, tutors, productive study schedule, enthusiasm for the material and encouragement from Dr. Francis, have all really helped me to improve my confidence and my score on STEP. PASS is an amazing program led by an individual with an inspiring skill and heart for teaching medicine’s foundational sciences and the complex subjects alike, to help students master STEP and Comlex. I am forever grateful to PASS Program, Dr. Francis and his team for my great experience.

I took the Jan course (5-week) for a March Step 1 exam. Alhm, I made a significant improvement from my baseline NBME to the actual exam. But I really had to study like couple hours AFTER the daily class also. I did at least 3 complete reviews of the course textbook before taking Step to drill in details and concepts. Highly-recommended.

I was a little hesitant on another review course program because I find them boring and not useful, but with all honesty, the PASS Program changed that perspective. Dr. Francis intake is so joyful and he is so passionate about his teaching, that you get equally passionate when you are studying.

Excellent teaching and supportive environment. Gets you back in touch with foundational concepts.
