This program has been an absolute blessing!! Dr. Francis really cares about the students and their progress. He believes in us and gives us the proper tools to aid in our success. I have tried another program similar to this one but I did not feel the same warmth and acceptance from them like I do at Pass. It is important to not only give students the tools they need to succeed to but let them know you believe in their capabilities. Pass Program does exactly this! Thank you!

I took the PASS Board Prep Program for COMLEX Level I. I made this decision because my future patients deserve the best version of me. They deserve a well-prepared, capable, and mature physician who is ready to grow when challenged and has the skills to adapt in response to an ever-changing landscape. I was not that person, nor was I on track to becoming that person at the end of my second year of medical school. By the end of my dedicated period I was faced with the crushing reality that I was consistently underperforming on my COMSAEs. I continued to study for the Level I exam while fully participating in rotations. I encountered terminally ill patients whose conditions were medically, socially, and emotionally complex on my Palliative Care rotation. It was frustrating and painfully obvious to me that I was unequipped to understand the complexity of their illness much less synthesize a plan of care for my patients. How could I hope to undertake the care of human lives if I remained as I was? At the PASS Board Prep Program Dr. Francis changed my life. His live lectures were riveting and imbued with a passion for medical education for the purpose of serving our fellow human beings. Our class followed him through simple, but fluid and powerful explanations of concepts that expanded our understanding of medicine more quickly than the textbooks could. I will never forget the first time I learned that a urinalysis is always ordered to assess complications for disease because the kidneys are the first organs sacrificed in acute systemic disease. The heart is second; hence ordering an EKG and cardiac enzymes. This course marked the beginning of my development in medicine. Dr. Francis rewired me to learn efficiently, effectively, methodically, and globally. I’ve been pimped on rounds with Step I/Level I information almost every day in some form or fashion. I am consistently reminded of the value of the information and the way that I was taught to think about things at PASS. On my return, I passed COMLEX Level I and earned high passes on the majority of my 3rd year clinical rotations. My mind was primed to absorb information in the appropriate context because I had such a solid foundation from the PASS Program. The methodical way that the course teaches you to dissect and understand board questions changed the way I was studying and approaching my patients. It gave me a desire to keep doing practice questions and learning from my mistakes as well as giving me a more holistic perspective on how to explain diseases processes to help educate patients. Dr. Francis gave me the gift of enjoying medicine. I cannot thank him enough.

The PASS Program is an amazing place. It simply works! I came here with no other options. No other alternative avenues to approach. I tried it all. I came there having not passed Step 1 and I had only 5 weeks to retake it because of my med school's deadlines. After the 5 weeks I felt so much more confident in my knowledge base and most importantly on how to take the exam. Dr. Francis's teachings are next level. It is the level that will get you over that passing curve. Just believe in what he tells you, keep practicing, and trust the process. You will pass which ever test you need to take with the PASS Program! I took Step 1 right after the 5 weeks and PASSED. I took my internal medicine shelf right after my Step 1 (literally 4 days after) and got the highest score I've ever scored on a shelf exam in medical school! I used PASS program knowledge and rules for that exam as well. I also passed my surgery shelf a week after the internal medicine one! The PASS Program works!!!!!! I am going back for Step 2 CK best believe it!!!! Thank you Dr. Francis!

The Pass Program is a life changing experience for any medical student or graduate who lacks a solid foundation of the biomedical and clinical sciences. Dr Francis has a way of delivering concepts that really resonates and makes sense. He teaches you to think for yourself and passes on his tested and proven strategies for achieving success in USMLE exams. He also empowers you as an individual. Attending the PASS Program is one of the best decisions I made as a medical student. The way Dr. Francis taught me a new approach on how to process, organize, and recall all of the information we are required to know is unmatched. I have been a PASS student for a while and this time i got the morning questions and wow... SO good. I love how we are taught to think when looking at questions and not just the material itself.
